★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν μέτρια έως κακή και οι πληροφορίες ελλιπείς. Ενώ έκανα στοχευμενες ερωτήσεις δεν δόθηκαν οι σωστές πληροφορίες. Ρώτησα πολλές φορές για το σημείο συνάντησης και πως θα αποδείξω στο λεωφορείο ότι έχω κλείσει για την εκδρομή. Η απάντηση ήταν ότι δεν χρειάζεται να αποδείξω κάτι, κάτι που μου φάνηκε περίεργο εξ αρχής. Φτάνοντας για καλή μου τύχη πιο νωρίς στο σημείο συνάντησης και μιλώντας με άλλους ανθρώπους που πλήρωσαν για την αντίστοιχη εκδρομή, έμαθα εκεί πλέον ότι πρέπει να ανέβω στον 1ο όροφο του κτηρίου για να παραλάβω τα εισιτήρια. Μια πληροφορία που ενώ ρώτησα δεν μου δόθηκε. Καταλήγω στο ότι αν το προσωπικό είναι καινούργιο πρέπει να υπάρξει μια εκπαίδευση και αν αυτό δεν είναι δυνατό πρέπει το πιο έμπειρο προσωπικό να βοηθάει ώστε να δίνονται οι πληροφορίες σωστά και να υπάρχει μια σωστή εξυπηρέτηση.
The service was mediocre to poor and the information was incomplete. While I was asking targeted questions the correct information was not given. I asked many times about the meeting point and how I would prove on the bus that I was booked for the trip. The answer was that I did not have to prove anything, something that seemed strange to me from the beginning. Arriving for my good luck earlier at the meeting point and talking to other people who paid for the respective excursion, I learned there that I have to go up to the 1st floor of the building to pick up the tickets. An information that while I asked I was not given. I conclude that if the staff is new there should be a training and if that is not possible the more experienced staff should help to give the information correctly and have a proper service.
