Κάθε φορά λέω πως την τελευταία φορά μου είχατε δώσει λάθος φίλτρο και συνεχίζουν να δίνουν άλλο από αυτό που πήρα τελευταία φορά. Είμαι ήδη 30 λεπτά σε αναμονή κλήσης και δεν μπορώ να τους βρω. Δεν μπαίνουν στο κόπο να ενημερώσουν τι παίρνω κάθε φορά που κάνουν λάθος. Κόκκινο παίρνω, μπλε μου δίνουν. Κάθε φορά. Δεν έχω χρόνο ούτε διάθεση να τρέχω για τα λάθη σας. Να στείλετε Courier με το φίλτρο που έπρεπε να μου δώσετε. Απλά απαράδεκτο. (Το κατάστημα επικοινώνησε μαζί μου και ανέλαβε την αντικατάσταση του φίλτρου με τεχνικό στο χώρο μου.) Δ	ΔΙΟΝΥΣΙΟΣ ΚΑΡΑΪΣΚΟΣ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγόρασα το TORAYVINO MK2, βρύσης. Είναι πολύ νωρίς για να εκφέρω γνώμη για την ποιότητά του σε βάθος χρόνου. Οι πρώτες ενδείξεις θετικότατες. Στην αρχή ήθελε κάποιο χρόνο για να λειτουργήσει, όπως λένε και οι οδηγίες χρήσης, (είχε μεταλλική γεύση) αλλά μετά όλα καλά. Η σύνδεση έγινε εύκολα με τα προσαρμοστικά που βρίσκονται στην συσκευασία, χωρίς να στάζει ή να έχει διαρροές. Η παράδοση ταχύτατη και στην ώρα της. Είναι η 4η μάρκα που χρησιμοποιώ και τη συγκρίνω με ανάλογα 100αδων ευρώ, σαφώς όμως για λιγότερα λίτρα. Η χρήση γίνεται σε φοιτητικό σπίτι. I bought the TORAYVINO MK2, faucet. It is too early to give an opinion on its quality in the long run. The first signs are very positive. At first it took some time to work, as the instructions say, (it had a metallic taste) but then all was well. The connection was easy with the adapters on the package, without dripping or leaking. Delivery is very fast and on time. It is the 4th brand that I use and I compare it with analogs of 100 euros, but clearly for less liters. The use is made in a student house.

I was pleased with the product at first, but after 3 months the diverter started leaking. They apologized and sent a new one free. That one broke after 4 months, they replaced it with my order for replacement cartridges. When that shipment arrived, it was poorly wrapped, one of the cartridges had shattered and they tried to blame the shipping company. I contacted them to let them know, a replacement cartridge is on the way, but I received no apology for this 3rd incident in less than 8 months.
