★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ζήτησα ένα λευκό χαρτί σε διαστάσεις 70χ100 και η κοπέλα είχε αρνητικότατη συμπεριφορά. Βρήκε 100 λόγους να μη το κάνει. Προσφέρθηκα να πληρώσω κανονική τιμή εκτύπωσης και μου είπε να πάω στο κλείσιμο του καταστήματος, επειδή εκείνη τη στιγμή ήταν μέσα στο κατάστημα ΕΝΑΣ πελάτης. Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά. Φυσικά μετά από όλο αυτό νευρίασα και τους μίλησα άσχημα.
 I asked for a white paper in dimensions 70x100 and the girl had a very negative behavior. He found 100 reasons not to do so. I offered to pay a normal print price and he told me to go to the store closure, because at that moment ONE customer was inside the store. Unacceptable behavior. Of course after all this I got angry and spoke badly to them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a regular customer for years and had no complaints. Occasionally there would be an error but nothing that couldn't be fixed. However, last week I was rudely told by a brunette employee (hard to believe) to hurry up because a friend of hers (someone who addressed her by her first name, I****) was next in line. I'd only been on the pc for 3 minutes when she started making a fuss. The abusive harangue lasted longer than I would have needed to finish printing documents. Instead, I stopped, paid and left without finishing the very important task I'd driven almost an hour into town for because I always used their services. This happened shortly before closing time on a Friday. I had waited my turn patiently in a queue for 15 minutes. It's not impossible to learn how to be courteous, to learn how to manage a slightly busy shop before closing time, etc.
