They also sell those roof and wall panels from steel and hard foam (sandwich panels). No OSB. Cheapest 18mm multiplex sheet 125x250 is around €50-€60.
Watch out: absolutely NO english, and trying to use Google translate is a drama with these guys. So be prepared, its best to clearly write down what you need and come with a Greek person. You can pay with card.
Oh, and bring a print-out of the location of your house. Otherwise good luck trying to explain where your remote villa is LOL
