Για κάποιο λόγο, που ποτέ δεν λύθηκε, ίσα που μου έφτανε για να κάνω ένα μπάνιο με λουσιμο (βιαστικό και αγχωμένο, ειδικά το χειμώνα που χρειάζεσαι περισσότερο ζεστό νερό). Τωρα, 5 χρονια μετα, χωρις συντηρηση, ειναι ετσι όπως φαίνεται στη φωτό. Κατανοω οτι θα επρεπε να κανω συντηρηση, κατι που δεν ειπε κανεις, ωστοσο δεν εχω ξαναδει τοσο γρηγορα να μου χαλαει θερμοσιφωνας.... Απογοητευμένη και απο την εμπειρία χρήσης και απο το πόσο γρήγορα χάλασε... I installed a prisma-therm 80L electric water heater 5 years ago. I am a person at home. For some reason, it was never solved, just enough to take a bath with a bath (hurried and anxious, especially in winter when you need more hot water). Now, 5 years later, without maintenance, it is as shown in the photo. I understand that I had to do maintenance, something that no one said, but I have never seen a water heater break down so quickly .... Disappointed with the user experience and how quickly it broke down ...

Η εταιρεία που εγγυάται 10 χρόνια "ποιότητας" σηκώνει τα χέρια ψηλά επειδή δεν έγινε συντήρηση....! που όπως λέει πρέπει να γίνεται κάθε 2 χρόνια ή "ανά 2000 χιλιόμετρα" μάλλον τα μπέρδεψαν με τα αυτοκίνητα. "Πολύ ευγενικοί και πρόθυμοι να βρουν λύση." Επαγγελματίες... The most tragic company, the guarantee is valid until you buy then there are nowhere, real fraudsters, five years later the solar boiler sank. The company that guarantees 10 years of "quality" raises its hands high because no maintenance was done ....! which, as he says, must be done every 2 years or "every 2000 kilometers" they probably confused the cars. Immediate and impeccable service. They responded directly to my call to repair the water heater and at no cost (covered by the warranty).

We bought the infamous prisma therm 4 years ago and while we are 3 plumbers in the apartment building and we take care of everything, the solar pierced. Without words.....
