Had my LG G6 screen replaced due to a white spot that appeared all of a sudden.
I was informed for low battery performance and asked if I also wanted it to be replaced.
Phone came back as new.
I would like to thank the technician for the extra care of my phone and also the girl at the calling center for all the information and her patience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service quality. I sent my Nexus 5X phone for repair due to a hardware issue (covered by guarantee). The monitor was replaced and the phone was sent back to me. Unfortunately, when I received the phone I realized that the volume control buttons were not functioning properly. I sent the phone back for repair once again to find out that this time the motherboard needed to be replaced. I was informed that the repair was completed 2 days ago but they haven't shipped the phone yet. This was because I asked for the battery to be replaced and the phone couldn't be shipped before a payment was received. Of course no one from Procordia bothered to call me in order to inform me that a payment needs to be made and provide me with the bank details. It's been more than a month now that I'm without a phone. Very annoying. I will refrain from buying an LG phone again.
