★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ όμορφο μοναστήρι με καταπληκτική θέα, υπέροχη αισθητική, πλούσια ιστορία, φιλόξενη αδελφότητα. Η πρόσβαση είναι εύκολη και για μεγάλα πούλμαν. Προσοχή χρειάζεται μόνο σε μία στροφή.
Very beautiful monastery with amazing view, wonderful aesthetics, rich history, hospitable brotherhood. Access is also easy for large coaches. Care is needed in just one turn.

The place where the revolution was proclaimed in Roumeli. Nice place, very friendly nuns and fantastic view of the olive grove of Amfissa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful location and a very well preserved Monestery. The 11 nuns who live there are very friendly and welcoming. The interior of the church has a spectacularly intricate carved iconastatis and wonderful icons on walls, ceilings and around the dome with a silver hanging cadilabra. Even if you are not the religious type it is worth making the effort to see this Greek Orthodox Monestery run very efficiently by the 11 nuns.
