Kindness, seriousness and professionalism with fast and immediate service. The store also has a fairly large variety of items at very good prices.

Δε με ενημέρωσαν καν,πήρα εγώ τηλέφωνο και μου είπαν ότι τελικά δεν πρόλαβαν να το παραδώσουν επειδή δε χωρούσε στο αμάξι.. λολ.. Θεωρητικά,θα το στείλουν αύριο, ελπίζω. I did not receive the product on the date set for me. They didn't even inform me, I got a phone call and they told me that in the end they didn't manage to deliver it because it didn't fit in the car .. lol .. In theory, they will send it tomorrow, I hope.
T	Thomas Amparas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι! Εν μέσω καραντίνας προσωπικά καταχώρησα την παραγγελία μου , ποτέ δεν πήρα επιβεβαίωση ως προς την αποστολή μόνον επιβεβαίωση της παραγγελίας. Έλαβα μια κλήση σε εύλογο χρονικό διάστημα δεδομένης της κατάστασης σήμερα όπου: Προσπάθησα να εξηγήσω ότι για να παραλαβω πρέπει να γίνει κλήση αφού δεν μπορούν να μου φιξαρουν κάποια συγκεκριμένη ώστε να παραλαβω(κατανοητό). Επίσης δεν μπορείτε να με δεσμεύεται 6 ώρες , ένα δυωρο είναι κατανοητό. "Στην ρήμαδα την πολυκατοικία μου δεν λειτουργούν τα κουδούνια πρέπει να μου κάνετε μια κλήση" είπα αφελώς. "Δεν γίνεται" ήταν η απάντηση! Με κανέναν τρόπο και για κανέναν λόγο δεν δέχονταν να κάνουν έστω μια αναπάντητη παρόλο που στα σχόλια κάθε μου παραγγελίας τα τελευταία δύο χρόνια γράφει το ίδιο πράγμα "κλήση για παράδοση" Είπα εμφανώς εκνευρισμένος ευχαριστώ και το έκλεισα αλλά ποτέ δεν ακύρωσα την παραγγελία που αυτό σημαίνει στείλε το όπως μπορείς τέλος πάντων. Παρόλα αυτά σε δευτερόλεπτα έλαβα ακυρωτικό email. Είστε Απαράδεκτοι αντιεπαγγελματιες και η σωστή επιχείρηση φαίνεται όταν έχει δουλειά και προκλήσεις όχι όταν ξινεσαι. Όπως και να έχει επειδή είναι εποχικό είδος ανάγκης και εδώ υπάρχει αυτόβουλη δικιά σας άρνηση πώλησης χωρίς δική μου συγκατάθεση θα επιληφθεί ο συνήγορος του καταναλωτή για τα περαιτέρω. Όπως και να έχει ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟ μαγαζί. Unacceptable! In the middle of quarantine I personally registered my order, I never received confirmation of the shipment only confirmation of the order. A unique experience, a visit to the specific store ..... you have everything at the best price on the market and the staff is polite and informed about whatever is asked of them .... well done !!!!
Γ	ΓΩΓΑ ΚΑΡΑΠΑΤΗ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άψογη εξυπηρέτηση! Παρήγγειλα πλυντήριο miele για το οποίο η παράδοση έλεγε 4-10 ημέρες και μου ήρθε σε 3 μέρες. Excellent service! I ordered a miele washing machine for which the delivery said 4-10 days and it came to me in 3 days.
