M	Mike Kokozidis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μαρεσε πάρα πολύ ο χωρος και ήθελα να δοκιμάσω το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα επειδή ασχολούμαι με την φωτογραφία και χρειάζομαι ένα κατάστημα να εκτυπώσω στο μέλλον μεγάλα κάδρα και φωτογραφίες. Έβγαλα δικές μου φωτογραφίες ταυτότητας και πήγα να εκτυπώσω εκεί για να δω το κατάστημα. Με κράτησαν 12,40 ευρώ και με εκτύπωσαν 5 φωτογραφίες.. είπα την κοπέλα ότι ήταν λίγο ακριβές οι τιμές και με απάντησε ειρωνικά "καλά για πάνε αλλού και δες τιμές, είναι καλό χαρτί". Δεν γνώριζα την τιμή μέχρι να πληρώσω. Οποιοσδήποτε φωτογράφος μαζί με την δουλειά και την φωτογράφηση παίρνει 8-10. Για εκτύπωση μόνο είναι 5 ευρώ. Είμαι πολύ απογοητευμένος και από την τιμή αλλά κυρίως από την συμπεριφορά. M	Mπάμπης 78 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τύπωσα ένα μπλουζάκι και τους έδωσα φωτο σε (screenshot) που το σχέδιο έπιανε όλη την μπλούζα σχεδόν. Αυτό που εκτυπώθηκε ήταν διαστάσεων κόλλας Α4 και η εκτύπωση κατώτερη του αναμενόμενου για 15 ευρώ κόστος. Αφενός δεν με ενημέρωσαν ότι το τύπωμα βγαίνει σε Α4 μέγεθος ανεξαρτήτως το τι δείχνεις εσύ σε φωτο που θέλεις και αφετέρου σε ερώτηση μου αν υπάρχει δυνατότητα επανεκτύπωσης στο μέγεθος που ζήτησα με σαφώς δική τους υπαιτιότητα μου απάντησαν πως αυτό δεν είναι εφικτό. Πλήρης αντιεπαγγελματισμός, σαφώς δεν θα ξαναπάω. I printed a t-shirt and gave them a photo (screenshot) where the design covered almost the entire t-shirt. What was printed was the size of A4 glue and the printing was lower than expected for 15 euros. On the one hand they did not inform me that the print comes out in A4 size regardless of what you show in a photo you want and on the other hand when I asked if there is a possibility of reprinting in the size I asked for it was clearly their fault they replied that this is not possible. Complete unprofessionalism, I will clearly not go again.
M	Mantzas13 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ήταν η πρώτη φορά που διάλεξα το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα έχοντας δοκιμάσει διάφορα καταστήματα για το αναλογικό κομμάτι και δυστυχώς η εμπειρία ήταν απογοητευτική. Για αρχή στο τηλέφωνο μου είπανε πως η τιμή για εμφάνιση έγχρωμου φιλμ είναι στα 2.5 ευρώ και εν τέλει όταν πήγα να τα πάρω μου είπανε πως ήταν 4. Αν κάποιος στο τηλέφωνο δεν γνώριζε ή έκανε λάθος δεν φταίει ο πελάτης. Έπειτα μου έιχανε περάσει τις φωτογραφίες σε cd (ποιος χρησιμοποιεί cd εν έτει 2022, δεν έχω καν υποδοχή για cd) χωρίς να με ρωτήσουν κάτι που απ ότι κατάλαβα ανέβασε την συνολική τιμή(;;;;;) Με λίγα λόγια από εκεί που στο τηλέφωνο μου είχανε πει 2.5 ευρώ εμφάνιση και 1.5 ευρώ για χαμηλής ανάλυσης σκανάρισμα πλήρωσα 10 ευρώ συνολικά για αυτά τα 2 + το contact (που είναι οι ήδη σκαναρισμένες φωτό μου). Να σημειωθεί πως ανέφερα οτί στο τηλέφωνο μου είπανε διαφορετικές τιμές και πως δεν ζήτησα ούτε χρησιμοποιώ cd. Ελπίζω τουλάχιστον να έχει γίνει καλή δουλειά στην εμφάνιση αλλίως οι τιμές αυτές είναι απαράδεκτες. Εν τελεί λείπουν 2 ολόκληρες φωτογραφίες και από το scannarisma και από το contact μου. Απαράδεκτοι It was the first time I chose this particular store having tried different stores for the analog part and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. Then they had transferred my photos to cd (who uses cd in the year 2022, I do not even have a cd slot) without being asked something that from what I understood raised the total price (;;;;;) In a few words from where on my phone they had said 2.5 euros for appearance and 1.5 euros for low resolution scanning, I paid 10 euros in total for these 2+ contacts (which are my already scanned photos). It should be noted that I mentioned that my phone said different prices and that I did not ask for or use a cd. I hope at least a good job has been done in the appearance otherwise these prices are unacceptable. Finally 2 whole photos are missing from both scannarisma and my contact. Unacceptable
