★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μικρό εκκλησάκι σε ύψωμα πάνω από τον Μαρμαρά. Καθόλου γραφικό αλλά σε ωραία τοποθεσία. Προορισμός Πρωτομαγιάς.
Small church on a hill above Marmaras. Not at all picturesque but in a nice location. May Day Destination.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αξίζει σίγουρα την ανάβαση για να δει κανείς την υπέροχη θέα του Νέου Μαρμαρά από ψηλά. Είναι εφικτό και με τα πόδια, αν δε φοβάστε τις ανηφόρες! Προσοχή όμως επειδή τον Αύγουστο είδαμε μικρά φίδια δίπλα από το δρόμο.
Definitely worth the climb to see the wonderful view of Neos Marmaras from above. It is also possible on foot, if you are not afraid of the uphills! But be careful because in August we saw small snakes next to the road.

Kb. 15 perc gyalogtúra (emelkedőn) a városka szélén található szabad parkolótól és a helyi tűzoltóság mellett lévő kis templomhoz érünk.
Kellemes csendes hely, padokkal, ivóvízzel. Szép kilátás Neos Marmaras kikötőjére és a Porto Carras-i öböl mentén fekvő homokos partra.
A templom többnyire nyitva található, így lehetőségünk adódik pár perc áhitatra is.
A walk is definitely worth it.
A 15-minute walk (uphill) from the free car park on the outskirts of the city and the small church next to the local fire department.
Pleasant quiet place with benches, drinking water. Nice view of the harbor of Neos Marmaras and the sandy beach along the Bay of Porto Carras.
The church is mostly open, so we have the opportunity for a few minutes.
