★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αρχικά πρέπει κάποιος να βρεί το χαλικόδρομο που οδηγεί στο εκκλησάκι του Άγιου Παντελεήμονα.( Προσοχή μη μπλέξετε με στενούς χωραφόδρομους). Από εκεί χρειάζονται 50 λεπτά για να φτάσει κάποιος στον προφήτη Ηλία. Εκεί η θέα είναι εξαιρετική στα γύρω βουνά, τον Αργολικό κόλπο, το Ναύπλιο,την Τρίπολη. Στο βουνό υπάρχουν ανεμογεννήτριες και έχουν ανοιχθεί τεράστιοι δρόμοι, ενώ διέρχεται και αγωγός αερίου. Ο ναός είναι μεγάλος και μόνο εξωτερικά φτιαγμένος. Συνολικά αξίζει τον κόπο η επίσκεψη.
First one has to find the gravel road that leads to the church of Agios Panteleimon. (Be careful not to get involved with narrow dirt roads). From there it takes 50 minutes to reach the prophet Elijah. There the view is excellent in the surrounding mountains, the Argolic Gulf, Nafplio, Tripoli. There are wind turbines on the mountain and huge roads have been opened, while a gas pipeline passes. The temple is large and only externally built. Overall it is worth the visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In 1978 while staying in Partheni, I climbed Mt. Parthenion from the base facing the village straight up. No roads, no paths and the sun blaring in my eyes the whole 6 hrs it took me to reach the church.
