R	Rena X.O. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κακή κάκιστη τηλεφωνική εξυπηρέτηση από τη γραμματεία, αναβαθμίσεις που σε πετάνε από το σύστημα σε άκυρες ώρες και γενικά πεταμένα λεφτά. Του χρόνου αλλού. Αν δε δεν έχεις πληρώσει ενα έξτρα ποσό που ζητάνε για άμεση εξυπηρέτηση, σου το λένε χωρίς τακτ. Ότι έχουν άλλοι προτεραιότητα κλπ. Φανταστικοί τύποι. Τι να λέμε. Poor bad phone service from the secretariat, upgrades that throw you out of the system at invalid hours and generally wasted money. Of time elsewhere. If you have not paid the extra amount they ask for immediate service, they will tell you regularly. That others have priority etc. Fantastic guys. What to say.

Περιμένεις πολύ ώρα κάθε φορά στην γραμμή, έπειτα απλά σε ενημερώνουν ότι κάποια στιγμή μέσα στην ημέρα θα σε καλέσουν πίσω και καθυστερούν πολύ να επικοινωνήσουν. Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά απέναντι σε επαγγελματίες που έχουν ΠΛΗΡΩΣΕΙ ΤΕΧΝΙΚΗ ΥΠΟΣΤΗΡΙΞΗ. Οι υπάλληλοι μιλούν λες και σου κάνουν χάρη! Δεν θα το σύστηνα σε κανέναν! Υπάρχει δωρεάν αντίστοιχο πρόγραμμα από την ΑΑΔΕ που λειτουργεί εξαιρετικά..! Customer service is the least frustrating! You wait a long time each time on the line, then they just inform you that at some point in the day they will call you back and they are very late to communicate. Unacceptable behavior towards professionals who have PAID TECHNICAL SUPPORT. The employees talk as if they are doing you a favor! I would not recommend it to anyone! There is a free corresponding program from AADE that works exceptionally ..!
i	ian arvanitidis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εξυπηρέτηση μια χαρά, αλλά απο θέμα περιβάλλοντος του προγράμματος εχει πάρα πολλά λάθη που έπρεπε να έχουν λυθεί πριν ξεκινήσουν να διαφημίζονται. Στην αγγλική φόρμα τιμολογίου γίνεται το σώσε. Δεν υπάρχει καν σύμβολο νομίσματος - στελνεις τιμολόγιο και ο πελάτης μπορεί να θεωρήσει ότι πληρώνεσαι σε πατάτες. Το λογότυπό σου στην ίδια φόρμα θα βγεί παραμορφωμένο λες και το χουνε τραβήξει απ τα μαλλιά... Επίσης γράφεις λόγους απαλλαγής απο ΦΠΑ και στο τιμολόγιο που εκδίδεται δεν εμφανίζονται πουθενα. Τα μισά είναι μεταφρασμένα στα αγγλικά, τα άλλα μισά στοιχεία παραμένουν στα Ελληνικα... Τραγικο. Αναγκάστηκα να στείλω τετοιο τιμολόγιο σε μεγάλη εταιρεία στο εξωτερικό και πραγματικά ντράπηκα. Και μη μου πείτε για ''παραμετροποιηση'' του τιμολογίου για να είναι όπως το θέλω..αυτό είναι εφικτό μόνο εως ενός σημείου.
