Για αρκετό καιρό (1894-1982), έδρευε στο Πεδίο του Άρεως, όπου σήμερα στεγάζεται το Πρωτοδικείο Αθηνών, εκτός του παλαιού Διοικητηρίου, στο οποίο σήμερα στεγάζεται η Σχολή Εθνικής Άμυνας.
