A	Angelos Karampasis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγόρασα 2 φαγκρια ανοιχτής θαλασσής και ένα σαργό αφήνοντας τα για ψησιμο με συνολικό κόστος 62€. Όταν τα παρέλαβα ο σαργος ήταν μίσος (προφανώς είχε κολλήσει στο ψησιμο) και τα φαγκρια κακοψημενα και σχεδόν ακαθάριστα με πολλά λέπια. Επικοινωνώντας με το κατάστημα μου είπαν ότι δέχονται αυτό που τους είπα και να μου ετοιμάσουν ότι άλλο ήθελα κάτι όντως σωστό. Όπως είναι λογικό αστοχίες μπορεί να υπάρξουν το ζήτημα είναι να μην περνούν στον πελάτη και στη συγκεκριμένη περίπτωση ήταν αστοχία και στα 3 ψάρια. Σίγουρα ήταν η τελευταία φορά που πήγα στο συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα και σίγουρα δεν το προτείνω σε κανένα . I bought 2 sea urchins and a sargo, leaving them for baking at a total cost of € 62. When I received them, the sargos was hateful (obviously it was stuck in the baking) and the fangs were poorly cooked and almost gross with a lot of scales. Contacting the store they told me that they accept what I told them and to prepare for me that I really wanted something really right. Of course failures can occur the issue is not to pass to the customer and in this case was a failure in all 3 fish. It was definitely the last time I went to this store and I definitely do not recommend it to anyone.
Σ	Σοφία Φραντζή on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κυριακή των Βαΐων κάναμε παραγγελία περίπου στις 10 το πρωί για να παραλάβουμε στις 14:30.Πηγαμε να παραλάβουμε την παραγγελία μας και δεν υπήρχε πουθενά παραγγελία γιατι είχε ξεμείνει από εμπόρευμα. Ο υπάλληλος του καταστήματος ήταν αγενέστατος με πολύ προκλητική συμπεριφορά. Έβριζε και έδιωχνε τους πελάτες χωρίς καμία εξήγηση. Μειναμε ολόκληρη οικογένεια νηστικοί γιατι ο ιδιοκτήτης δεν είχε τον επαγγελματισμο να ενημερώσει ότι δεν μπορεί να εκτελεστεί η παραγγελία. Δεν υπάρχει περίπτωση να ξαναπαραγγειλω από εκεί. Για να λέγεστε επαγγελματίες πρέπει πρώτα να μάθετε να είστε άνθρωποι γιατι έχετε να κάνετε με ανθρώπους και όχι με ζώα. Σας πληρώνουμε για να μας παρέχετε τις υπηρεσίες σας, δεν μας τα χαρίζετε. Είστε ότι χειρότερο έχω συναντήσει στον χώρο της εστίασης. On Palm Sunday we placed an order at around 10 in the morning to pick it up at 14:30. We went to pick up our order and there was no order anywhere because it had run out of merchandise. The store clerk was very rude with very provocative behavior. He insulted and expelled the customers without any explanation. The whole family was fasting because the owner did not have the professionalism to inform that the order could not be executed. There is no way I can order from there again. To be called a professional you must first learn to be human because you are dealing with humans and not animals. We pay you to provide us with your services, you do not give them to us. You are the worst I have encountered in the catering industry.
