This tavern is too overpriced with such small portion in every food they served. Their prices are even more expensive than in the best and upscale fish restaurants in Athens. I have been to Glyfada or Vouliagmeni fish tavern which without question are much better than this and well known. But this tavern? Oh give me a break! Its location is in a small and very quiet village out of nowhere. I don’t understand what makes their prices are so high rocket!! Surely not the place or rent, but a tourist trap or just for “passerby” who happen to stop and eat there and they think will not re-visit so they can chop their neck. Visited in summer but weirdly most of the foods in their menu were not available, even for the simplest fried courgettes or small fish “marida” that are very common in Greece! Sure it was a trap for me so I would order nothing but their promoted “fresh fish” that has price €15 on the catalogue. I am very sure about that as my eyes were there before I decided to order. They brought me 4 small grilled fish almost as small as my finger. But when the bill came the price was more than double!!! They charged me €35 for the small fish. When confronted, they said €15 was for 250grams of fish!! But mine were 600gr?? (who knows? I was not present when the fish were scaled!). So the price on the catalogues are not quite right, you’d better be very careful about this as here comes the trap. Left angry and felt cheated, total bill hit €100 for ONLY 2 portions of calamaries, 1 portion of grilled fish 1 chicken fillet, and salad. We drank only water. My advice? Avoid this tavern. SERIOUSLY!!!

An AMAZING meal, kind staff, fresh fish, fast service and delicious dishes! The six of us shared the Lobster Pasta along with some starters and beer and had an incredible time. Recommend fully!

Amazing fresh seafood right by the water. Perfect stop for lunch on our way from Volos back to Athens, only wish we had planned ahead to swim at the beach right in front. The staff is sweet and gracious and the food is even better. This is my favorite kind of place: fresh delicious dishes with high quality at reasonable prices in a casual vibe (but no swim clothes). Just a perfect afternoon by the water. And to top it all off the watermelon and cantaloupe compliments of the house is a refreshing end to a wonderful meal.

If you are traveling to and from Athens you must make this gem your stop. If i could give it 6 stars i would. The food here is amazing and the restaurant is really cozy. I spend my vacations in the middle of Greece and i always get plane tickets to Athens instead of Thessaloniki just to stop here, have a bath and eat quite possibly the best sea food in Greece.
