If it is to pay they serve you immediately, if it is to get a refund you wait 2 hours in line.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αδιαφορία και αγένεια. 2-3 δουλεύουνε και οι υπόλοιποι απλά περιφέρονται. Προκλητική κουβεντούλα μεταξύ τους για τα προσωπικά τους,να περάσει το 6-ωρο να πάμε σπίτια μας. Με λίγα λόγια μία τυπική ελληνική δημόσια υπηρεσία.
Indifference and rudeness. 2-3 work and the rest just wander around. Challenging conversation between them about their personal, 6-hour pass to go to our homes. In short, a typical Greek public service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No Stars. Service is non existant the staff do not care about their customers especially when they have problems and generally the organisarion is extremely poorly run. Avoid these people if you can. Go to a private electricity provider!
