B	Brecht Velle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tijdens het bekijken van de menu kaart even mijn handdoek over het hek gelegd van het restaurant, die het krijtbord met de suggesties bedekte, onmiddelijk werd ik onvriendelijk aangesproken. De uitbaatster was echt grof en gemeen. Hebben besloten om hier niets te nuttigen, of het eten goed is weet ik niet voor mij is een vriendelijke bediening een noodzaak en dat was hier ver te zoeken ... Voor mij is dit zelf geen ster waard ! While looking at the menu, I briefly put my towel over the fence of the restaurant, which covered the chalkboard with the suggestions, immediately I was approached unfriendly. The manageress was really rude and mean. Have decided not to eat anything here, whether the food is good I don't know for me friendly service is a necessity and that was hard to find ... For me this is not worth a star!

Terrazzino sempre bagnato dallo scarico della condensa a pavimento del condizionatore, per cui è rimasto impraticabile dal momento che non vi era alcuna possibilità di asciugare le scarpe prima di entrare in camera. Cambio biancheria ogni 4 giorni (tre volte in tutto nell'arco temporale del soggiorno). Arredi vecchi ed insufficienti (manca piano d'appoggio in bagno e vi è un solo appendino per 4 asciugamani; due sedie ed un tavolino in legno sul terrazzo sporchi e consunti; vano doccia con vecchia tenda in plastica e soffione doccia in plastica che si stacca dal tubo di carico, lercio tappetino all'esterno della doccia, mai cambiato dal personale). Acqua calda in bagno insufficiente come temperatura e frequenza di erogazione, spesso fredda. Prima colazione costituita da unica scelta (burro e marmellata solo di fragola e fette biscottate; succo solo d'arancia amara; manca latte di soia per persone intolleranti al lattosio, abbiamo dovuto comprarlo personalmente al supermarket, insieme a qualche biscotto). Infisso a vasistas nel bagno privo di fermo, per cui è caduto addosso alla mia compagna, ferendola al braccio (solo a seguito di ciò, il personale ha provveduto a bloccarlo). 눇L'hotel è in ottima posizione nel centro abitato di Agia Efimia. Camera con terrazzino e vista mare. Condizionatore d'aria in camera correttamente funzionante. "Bad experience, hotel absolutely not recommended for comfort and quality / price ratio" 눉 Room cleaning non-existent during the stay (14 nights). Small terrace always wet from the condensation drain on the floor of the air conditioner, so it remained impractical since there was no possibility to dry the shoes before entering the room. Linen change every 4 days (three times in all during the stay). Old and insufficient furniture (no shelf in the bathroom and there is only one hanger for 4 towels; two chairs and a wooden table on the terrace dirty and worn; shower compartment with old plastic curtain and plastic shower head that comes off from the inlet hose, filthy mat outside the shower, never changed by the staff). Hot water in the bathroom insufficient in terms of temperature and frequency of supply, often cold. Breakfast consisting of a single choice (butter and jam only of strawberry and rusks; juice only of bitter orange; no soy milk for lactose intolerant people, we had to buy it personally at the supermarket, along with some biscuits). A vasistas fixed in the bathroom without a stop, so he fell on my partner, injuring her arm (only after this, the staff proceeded to block it). 눇 The hotel is in a great location in the town of Agia Efimia. Room with terrace and sea view. Room air conditioner working properly.

v	vivienne tsalazidis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best views on the island. Central location close to everything. Beach in the front yard what else can you ask for. Very comfortable cozy rooms. Will definitely return next year. Staff very friendly and ensured we had an amazing stay. Highly recommend
