C	CHRIS PROKOPIS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν σηκώνουν ποτέ τα τηλέφωνα,τα προιόντα είναι για τον π... καβάλα..δεν εξυπηρετούν και γενικά είναι αδιάφοροι..Πήρα μια κουζίνα εδώ και 2 μήνες.δεν δουλεύει και ακόμα δεν σηκώνουν τηλέφωνα.Είναι απαράδεκτοι. They never pick up the phones, the products are for p ... kavala..they do not serve and are generally indifferent..I got a kitchen for 2 months.it does not work and they still do not pick up the phones.They are unacceptable.
p	pellikap KAPTANI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγόρασα καινουργιες εστίες.Προβληματικες,έριχναν τον γενικό της ΔΕΗ.Επαιρνα πολλή ώρα τηλέφωνο μέχρι να απαντήσουν, μου έδωσαν λάθος εξουσιοδοτημενο service στην Κρήτη. Έψαχνα μόνη μου να βρω το service. Αδιάφοροι έως απαράδεκτοι στην τηλεφωνική εξυπηρέτηση. I bought new stoves. Problematic, they threw the general PPC. I called for a long time until they answered, they gave me the wrong authorized service in Crete. I was looking for the service myself. Indifferent to unacceptable in telephone service.

D	Dimitra Ch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ανακαίνισα σπίτι και προτίμησα αρκετά προϊόντα της pyramis. Ενα από αυτά είναι ο συρόμενος απορροφητήρας turbo slim. Δυστυχώς το προϊόν αυτο αποδείχθηκε ότι έχει ρόλο μόνο διακοσμητικό. Δεν απορροφά ούτε μυρωδιές ούτε υδρατμούς. Είναι παραπάνω δυνατός από αυτό που χρειάζεται η κουζίνα μου, όμως τα ολοκαίνουρια ντουλάπια μου κοντεύουν να σαπίσουν. Να σημειώσω ότι η κουζίνα μου είναι ανεξάρτητη και σε άλλο όροφο από το υπόλοιπο σπίτι. Απευθύνθηκα στην εταιρία σας για το πρόβλημα και μου στείλατε στο σπίτι εκπρόσωπο - τεχνικό. Ηρθε,διαπίστωσε το πρόβλημα και το πόρισμα ηταν ότι δεν ξέρουν τι πρόβλημα έχει και πιθανόν δεν κάνει για το χώρο μας χωρίς κάποια αιτιολογία. Λυπάμαι αλλά αυτό δε μας καλύπτει και είμαστε πολύ δυσαρεστημένοι από τη συγκεκριμένη εταιρία και από τον τρόπο αντιμετώπισης. I renovated my house and preferred several pyramis products. One of them is the sliding turbo slim hood. Unfortunately this product turned out to have only a decorative role. It absorbs neither odors nor water vapor. It is more powerful than my kitchen needs, but my brand new cabinets are about to rot. Note that my kitchen is independent and on another floor from the rest of the house. I contacted your company about the problem and you sent me a technical representative at home. He came, found the problem and the conclusion was that they do not know what the problem is and probably does not do for our space without some reason. I'm sorry but this does not cover us and we are very dissatisfied with this company and the way it is treated.
Ν	Ντιντινος ΛΑ «WIZARD» on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παραλάβαμε ελαττωματικά προϊόντα , με περίσσιο θράσος και αγένεια. Και χρησιμοποιώντας φθηνές δικαιολογίες. Προσπαθούν να μην τα αντικαταστήσουν ! Μακριά από την εν λόγο εταιρία θα μπλέξετε !! Δεν αναφέρομαι στο κατάστημα αλλά στην pyramis! We received defective products, with excessive audacity and rudeness. And using cheap excuses. They try not to replace them! Away from this company you will get involved !! I am not referring to the store but to the pyramis!
V	Vangelis Kouk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μακριά!!!!!. Απορροφητήρας turbo slim. Έχει πρόβλημα το μοτέρ. Αγορά Οκτώβριος 2021 . Μέχρι σήμερα περιμένουν το ανταλλακτικό. (Multi services ανατολικής Αττικής). Έχω καί άλλα νά προσθέσω αλλά δεν έχω όρεξη να γράφω..... Far away!!!!!. Slim turbo hood. The motor has a problem. Purchase October 2021. Until today they are waiting for the spare part.
