Everything was awful! Dirty apartment, tv not working. Air conditioning, patio lighting not working. Debris on the patio. There was no kettle, no microwave. There was no tea, coffee and shampoos at check-in and TD. On the table in the dining area, the decorative plate was in a spider web. A lot of dirty dishes. A lot of dust on the cabinets and in the bathroom. The landlord was rude and humiliating us in the messages. He also said that he allegedly corrected everything and did it, but in fact nothing was fixed. (He was not in the city). After check-in, there has never been a cleaning service, although the reservation indicates the daily cleaning is included in the price. Booking itself currently refuses compensation for an inappropriate order. We met a little boy with a key and took to the apartment, as I understand it is the son of a cleaning lady. A hot whirlpool is not hot - it's just an outdoor pool. The faucet in the kitchen is poorly fixed because it is apparently broken. Something was drying on the patio. Toilet paper was not enough. 2 rolls for 4 people for 3 days. The vacation was ruined. I really do not recommend these apartments!

Terrible. Right at the entrance to the house there is a broken chair, a dirty grill in a filthy cloak, building materials, street lamps without bulbs. In the house itself, absolutely everything is covered with a century-old layer of dust, in places there are dead beetles and ants are running around the kitchen table, which is also in a disgusting state. The house looks very neglected and unkempt. 2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 people for 3 days. There was not a single bottle of water (although you cannot drink tap water in Santorini and guests come after the trip), there was no tea, sugar, coffee 4 capsules for 3 days (the capsules did not fit the coffee maker), there was no kettle, for all 3 days no one took out the trash with us and did not carry out at least a minimal cleaning, although cleaning is included in the price. It's just a shame! The owner talked to us disgustingly, lied and insulted us. He said that Russian people are alcoholics. Although we are Israelis. The TV is not working, the air conditioner is not working, the faucet in the kitchen is not fixed, the sink is in a terrible state. Constantly on the territory of someone outsider walked. A hot jacuzzi is not even at room temperature, that is, it is just a bathroom filled with COLD water. How many times have lived in various hotels and apartments, never faced such an attitude and humiliation! Horror! It's just a shame for the host and a ruin for us. For this price, they never expected to get this. It also sneakily lies at the booking that we had everything. Liar! Nationalist! A scoundrel and a deceiver!
