Comfortable, renovated, very clean room, great host, central yet quiet location. Would definitely book it again.

We have never had such a bad experience. We made and paid the reservation through booking.com. Although we only stayed 1 night, we had a lot of problems. We are very disappointed, first with the attitude they had towards us. We had complications finding the parking lot, as well as with the chack-in. We were given instructions on WhatsApp on the arrival day, and as we were in a foreign country we didn’t have internet. When we called, they simply told us that they had sent instructions and that we should find the internet to read them!!?? We had to wander around to find someone who was willing to share a code for their internet ... Also, the apartment is to small for 3 adults. But that's not all. During our stay we had a problem with electricity, which they did not want to admit. And to make matters worse, they marked us on the booking.com as a no show! Just because they knew what kind of review they would get. GREAT DISAPPOINTMENT!

Great option for a sleep over, or a few days stay. Nicely designed and reasonably priced. Perfect central location for discovering Thessaloniki. Quick and easy check-in. Will return on our next visit for sure.

Staff were fantastic at communication and answering any queries. The apartment looked just like the photos and was very clean. We enjoyed our stay and recommend for a couple of nights stay. However, would not recommend to light sleepers as you could hear neighbours talking/TV. Also the lift broke twice so we had to carry our pushchair up 5 flights of narrow steps so would not recommend for families with babies

Close to the port in the center of thessaloniki in a old building but the apartments are small and fully renovated and modern furnished

Due to force majeure my flight was cancelled and they would not give me a refund on my room even with a 24 hour notice. I wouldn’t even be going to Thessaloniki with the new flight I was rebooked. My time limit for cancellation was however up on booking.com so I reached out to the agent and explained my situation and she reached out to ask for a request due to force majure that my reservation be refunded. They declined and said no I have to pay full price even though it was “force majeure” and out of my hands. I told them I would leave them a review about this situation and then Kiki (front desk girl) threatened me that I was using “blackmail” and there would be legal actions since I was “breaking” Greek law and then she refused to communicate with me. Ironically my bf is Greek lawyer and she was falsely accusing me with using the law as a threat to my comment saying I would be giving them a review on their platforms. I normally would never review anything negative and never have problems ever when traveling but this was completely unprofessional and rude. I would recommend to check other options out in Thessaloniki. From my experience Greek people are so kind, understanding and welcoming and the response I received from these people was just rude and they clearly only care about money. Enjoy the money I spent on a room I won’t get to use because of the airlines canceling my flight. Upon further research of other Google reviewers who have also had the same experience with rude customer service, the company likes to put the blame all on the customer and not take any credit for their own unprofessional behavior. I have attached some screen shots explaining my purpose for the review as well as their response. Last thing is they now threaten me and use slander against me to say they will blast me to their e shops and clothing stores ect to show people I’m a bad person and not to do business with me. I was so ready to stay at this place and enjoy my arrival in Thessaloniki. I never wanted to get to this point but they have continued to push my buttons and reply with total unprofessionalism and lack of respect so I feel it’s only right to share here and just warn others in case something like this ever happens to you. Again a quick review of what happened: I booked through booking.com (with the normal rate for which was free cancellation) however the day of my travel was cancelled due to weather aka force majeure. I didn’t even fly or arrive to Thessaloniki where the room I paid for was and booking .com said that it was my right to ask the company for a “request” to refund since the cancellation was now non refundable being 24hrs away from my stay. This company declined the request and pretty much said too bad you booked on booking.com and knew the policy. However the point is that in any and most cases with force majeure, there is a grace window on refunds (like Airbnb or most platforms you can book on ect) booking.com was in favor and on my side for wanting me to have the refund because it was force majeure but again it was up to this company to approve that since it wasn’t in booking.com’s power to release the money back. So everything is here in black and white for you to see.

I cannot deny the room was clean and tidy and overall is a nice place to stay in the centre of the city. Please beware though because we had problems with the owner accusing us of breaking parts in the room which we did not damage. I use air b n b all the time and we are very honest people. I was deeply offended without proof they accused me of breaking the radiator and have disputed this cost. The room key holder was hanging out of the room wall also. Water in the shower very temperamental. The staff were nice and welcoming however I am disappointed without evidence was asked to pay a further cost to fix the radiator and would have brought it to their attention immediately if we had caused this.
