Τελικά μετά την επιμονή μου κατέβηκε προς τιμήν της μια υπάλληλος στο ισόγειο και εξυπηρετηθηκα. Η επικοινωνία έγινε με το Τμήμα Εσόδων, όπου εκτός της ταχύτητας εξυπηρέτησης, ο υπάλληλος ήταν και εξαιρετικά ευγενικός. Συγχαρητήρια. A	Ariadni Stergiou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η πλέον των 30 ετών επαφή μου με την ΙΖ' ΔΟΥ ,μου δίνει το δικαίωμα να πω ότι παρά τις αλλαγές εφόρων , συγχωνεύσεις , μετακινήσεις προσωπικού , συνταξιοδοτήσεις κλπ παραμένει μια εφορία με ευγένεια, προθυμία , εξυπηρέτηση , αξιοπιστία. Αυτά τα χαρακτηριστικά δε , γίνονται περισσότερο εμφανή όταν εκ των πραγμάτων γίνεται σύγκριση παροχής υπηρεσιών από άλλες ΔΟΥ. Θα ήταν παράλειψη μου να μην αναφέρω ονομαστικά υπαλλήλους για τον επαγγελματισμό τους , όπως τις κες Καρδουλάκη, Μυτάκη, Σιώζου,τον κ. Βλάχο ή ακόμα και τον ήδη συνταξιοδοτηθέντα κ. Καμπέρη. My more than 30 years of contact with the 16th Tax Office, gives me the right to say that despite the changes of registrars, mergers, staff transfers, retirements, etc., it remains a tax office with courtesy, willingness, service, reliability. These characteristics become more apparent when comparing the provision of services by other tax offices. It would be my omission not to mention by name employees for their professionalism, such as Ms. Kardoulaki, Mytaki, Siozou, Mr. Vlachos or even the already retired Mr. Kamberis.

Να πω λοιπόν ότι απαντώντας στο τηλ ακούω μια γλυκύτατη φωνή με ευγένεια, λέμε τα χρόνια πολλά κ έπειτα εδώ δειλά δειλά ξεκινάω να πάω το θέμα μου κ με απορία στα αυτιά μου άκουω . Για να μην σας ζαλίζω υπάρχουνν κ αυτοί οι υπάλληλοι. Μπράβο στην κα Τσανη. Την ευχαριστώ μόνο κ μόνο που με άκουσε κ ας μην με εξυπηρετούσε.... Καλη χρόνια σε όλους. Εύχομαι από δο κ στο εξής στις δημόσιες υπηρεσίες να υπάρχουν μόνο τέτοιοι υπάλληλοι. B	Boris Bogataj on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually I dont have good experience with Greek bureaucracy, but in this occasion lady in second floor on the left (i didn't ask for name) was very helpful and did her job fast and efficient. I was making papers for buying flat in Athens, and with all my papers gathered we managed to do the procedure fast. God bless you.
