We experienced a huge problem with our host (Ivana & QPE Studios & Rooms Afytos). On the 3rd of august, we came with an 18 month old baby and we couldn't check in because our host had forgotten our reservasion, although I wrote to him the day before. So, the host arranged a temporary stay in another villa for the first day, and we were supposed to move to the initial apartment the next day .We checked out from the temporary accommodation at 10.00 the next day, and as agreed came back to the apartment at 11 o'clock, but the room was not ready once again and we had to wait with an 18 month old baby. Once we finally checked in and settled in the room, the baby fell down the floor, he almost broke his head, we noticed plenty of water on the floor that was comming from the fridge. The ice from the fridge was melting as it wasn't yet properly cleaned and there were unsecured wires on the wall. We reported the problem immediatly and the host started arguing that this is not a five star hotel "what do you expect?! Of course there will be problems" are the words he himself used. Then he said that we should wait for the cleaning lady who was supposed to come later and clean the apartment. However, we coldn't wait anymore with the baby crying outside, and therefore we asked for another room. He then showed us a two bed room without a terace that smelled realy bad, so we told him that we can't stay there and that he should give us a proper room as he withdrew the money a month ago. Then he got realy angry and started yelling and almost punched me in front of my husband and my baby. It was very stresfull situation so we decided to leave the house and the host said he will give the money to the new host. Then, he canceled the reservation before we did it as we did not have access to the Internet. Finally, after waiting impatiently for three days, he gave the money to the new host where we stayed for the rest of our trip. This man called Ivan is realy agresive and dangerous. We also noticed that he has left his own rewies for Ivana studios.
