Αγόρασα ένα εξάρτημα φανοποιείας το οποίο δυστυχώς είχε ένα μικρό ελάττωμα.
Μόλις το επέστρεψα και είδαμε μαζί με το παιδί, ότι δεν μπορεί να διορθωθεί, αμέσως και δίχως δεύτερη σκέψη, μου επέστρεψε όλο το χρηματικό ποσό.
Σίγουρα αν χρειαστώ ξανά κάτι θα τον ξανά προτιμήσω, στηριζόμενος στο ότι σέβεται τον πελάτη και στην εγγύηση του λόγου του.
