Βρισκεις ευκολα ραντεβού, το μονο αρνητικο ειναι οτι επικρατεί μια περίεργη "τρέλα". Δηλαδη σε αναλαμβάνει μια κοπέλα, φευγει πάει σε αλλη πελάτισσα, ξαναέρχεται κ τουλμπαλιν! Και γενικά επειδη προσπαθούν να τους βολεψουν ολους, γίνεται ενας ψιλό χαμός με αποτέλεσμα να νιώθεις οτι πρέπει να τελειωσεις αμεσα κ να φυγεις για ναα τους αδειάσεις τη γωνιά! Λ	Λουκία Ρεφούλια on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καλή δουλειά, εξυπηρετούν όλους τους πελάτες ακόμα και χωρίς ραντεβού απλά δυστυχώς αυτό έχει αποτέλεσμα στο να επικρατεί ένα άγχος και μια βιασύνη και να το μεταδίδουν πολύ στους πελάτες με αποτέλεσμα να προκαλείται σύγχυση. Εξυπηρετήθηκα πολύ άμεσα έγινε καλή δουλειά παρ'όλα αυτά δεν έγινε το σχέδιο που επιθυμούσα λόγω έλλειψης χρόνου..
Β	Βίκυ Κατούνη on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μέσα Μαΐου έκανα συντήρηση ακρυλικού και μετα από 10 μερες βλέπω μια σκιά στο ένα νύχι μου, που δεν μου άρεσε!! Ειχα κλείσει ραντεβού για 10 μερες μετα! Στέλνω σε φωτογραφία την σκιά, επικοινωνει η ιδιοκτήτρια μαζί μου και μου λέει «για να δούμε αν είναι κάτι (π.χ. μούχλα) πρέπει να αφαιρεθούν». Ρωτάω πότε μπορώ να πάω βάσει και του προγράμματος μου γιατί εργάζομαι, αλλά μου απάντησε ότι «δεν γινόταν καθόλου μέχρι το προγραμματισμένο μας ραντεβού μετά από 10 μέρες και ότι και μούχλα να είναι δεν πειράζει να μείνει 10 μέρες παραπάνω». Μετά από δίκη μου πίεση, μου τα αφαίρεσε την επόμενη μέρα μια υπάλληλος και ήταν όντως μούχλα. Η κοπέλα μου είπε ότι έπρεπε να πάω αμέσως μόλις είδα τη σκιά. Να προσθέσω εδώ, ότι στο ραντεβού της 3ης συντήρησης ενώ ήμουν στην ώρα μου με πήραν 45λεπτα μετά και μου τα έφτιαξαν με διαφορετικό υλικό από τις προηγούμενες φορές και πολύ βιαστικά! Κοινώς με ξεπετάξαν (Δεν ξέρω αν εξαιτίας αυτού του γεγονότος δημιουργήθηκε η μούχλα)… In May I did acrylic maintenance and after 10 days I see a shadow on one of my nails, which I did not like !! I had an appointment for 10 days later! I send the shadow photo, the owner contacts me and tells me "to see if it is something (eg mold) they must be removed". I ask when I can go according to my schedule because I work, but he answered that "it was not done at all until our scheduled appointment after 10 days and that even if it is mold, it does not matter to stay 10 more days". After my own pressure, an employee removed them the next day and it was really mold. The girl told me I had to go as soon as I saw the shadow. Let me add here, that in the appointment of the 3rd maintenance while I was on time they took me 45 minutes later and they made them for me with different material from the previous times and very hurriedly! I was jointly dumped (I do not know if because of this event the mold was created)…
