★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quick Shape is a fabulous studio in the heart of Athens City center. Well linked with Athens Metro and bus services. I have been doing Miha Bodytec sessions as cross training for muscle strengthening. The studio has cut edge equipment for pilates too, is sparkling clean and the trainer has specialised knowledge in human biomechanics and is extremely professional. I highly recommend it for anyone who wishes to start or continue exercising!
