★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Χθες 24/1/2022 εν μέσω κακοκαιρίας και με τους δρόμους κλειστούς έψαχνα τρόπο να φύγει η αδερφή μου από το αεροδρόμιο Ελ.Βενιζελος καθώς εργάζεται εκεί, ήταν σε πρωινή βάρδια και αποκλείστηκε διότι κανένα ΜΜΜ δεν πήγαινε ως εκεί. Ούτε ταξί όμως υπήρχαν στην εκεί πιάτσα. Μετά από κλήσεις σε άλλα ραδιοταξί κάλεσα και στο Ραδιοταξί Πειραιάς Ερμής. Ευτυχώς υπήρχε ταξί τους εκεί κοντά και εξυπηρετηθηκαμε!!! Αυτό που θέλω να τονίσω είναι η συμπεριφορά όλων....της κοπέλας στο τηλεφωνικό κέντρο και του οδηγού οι οποίοι ήταν αψογοι και ευγενεστατοι!!! Και θα τονίσω και κάτι ακόμη σημαντικό....δεν εκμεταλλεύτηκαν την κατάσταση για να ζητήσουν παραπάνω χρήματα ή ότι είχε γράψει το ταξίμετρο. Ο άνθρωπος ζήτησε την τιμή που ισχύει για τις διαδρομές από και προς το αεροδρόμιο.
Να είστε καλά! Σας συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!!!
 Yesterday 24/1/2022 in the middle of bad weather and with the roads closed I was looking for a way for my sister to leave the airport El. Venizelos as she works there, she was on a morning shift and was excluded because no MMM went there. But there were no taxis in the square. After calls to other radio taxis, I also called the Piraeus Hermes Radio Taxi. Fortunately there was a taxi nearby and we were served !!! What I want to emphasize is the behavior of everyone .... the girl in the call center and the driver who were impeccable and very polite !!! And I will emphasize something more important .... they did not take advantage of the situation to ask for more money or that the taximeter was written. The man asked for the price that applies to the routes to and from the airport.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday we returned from our trip to Greece. While staying in Athens we used this specific taxi service company every day. And we didn't face any problem. The employees in the call center that manage company's e-mail were very helpful, always polite and once we needed to call the company they spoke to us and explained everything and we asked extra information for recommended restos and tavernas and they also guided us. The drivers were also very polite and almost always on time, which was fine because there was so much traffic on the roads due to the strikes. We would tottaly recommend this specific taxi service company to anyone visit Athens in the future!
