V	Vicky D. Kefalas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κάλεσα για ραντεβού για αεροδρόμιο στις 9.40 το πρωι για το μεσημέρι της ίδιας μέρας και μου είπαν ότι ΔΕΝ μπορούν να κρατήσουν ραντεβού (να καλέσω λίγο πριν) ! Τι είδους υπηρεσία ταξί είναι όταν δεν μπορεί κάποιος να κλείσει ραντεβού για κάτι τόσο σημαντικό όπως μεταφορά για αεροδρόμιο ; ..... Απαράδεκτοι. I called for an airport appointment at 9.40 in the morning for the same day and they told me that they can NOT make an appointment (to call just before)! What kind of taxi service is it when one can not make an appointment for something as important as an airport transfer? ..... Unacceptable.
H	Helen Giannoulaki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κάλεσα ταξί με κατοικίδιο(4,5 κιλά) σε κλουβί, όπως ορίζει ο νόμος. Ο οδηγός που με παρέλαβε ήταν ίσως από τους πιο αγενείς ανθρώπους που έχω γνωρίσει. Οπότε ο σκύλος μου έβγαζε τον παραμικρό ήχο, φυσούσε και ξεφυσουσε λες και είχε φάει ένα ταψί με γίγαντες. Όταν κάποια στιγμή δεν άντεξε και εξέφρασε την δυσαρέσκεια του, φρόντισε να το κάνει με τον πιο άσχημο τρόπο. "Αν ήθελα, θα έφευγα και θα περίμενες άλλο ταξί", του εξήγησα λοιπόν πως βάσει νόμου επιτρέπεται το κατοικίδιο σε κλουβί. Η απάντηση του; "Άσε μας κοπέλα μου που θα μας μάθεις και τους νόμους" εννοείται πως του είπα πως κάποιος πρέπει να το κάνει, αφού δεν ήταν και πολύ ενημερωμένος. Φεύγοντας δεν παρέλειψε να με στολίσει με διάφορα επίθετα και να μου φωνάξει πως με γράφει στο μόνο σύμβολο του ανδρισμού του. Δυστυχώς δεν κράτησα πινακίδες. Εάν λοιπόν δεν μπορείτε να διατηρήσετε το μίνιμουμ αξιοπρέπειας και σεβασμού, καλό θα ήταν να κάνετε μια δουλειά από το σπίτι και όχι να εκπροσωπείτε κάποια εταιρεία που στερείται πελάτες με την συμπεριφορά σας. I called a taxi with a pet (4.5 kg) in a cage, as required by law. The driver who picked me up was probably one of the most rude people I have ever met. So my dog made the slightest sound, blowing and puffing as if he had eaten a pan with giants. When at some point he could not bear it and expressed his dissatisfaction, he made sure to do it in the ugliest way. "If I wanted to, I would leave and wait for another taxi", so I explained to him that by law the pet is allowed in a cage. His answer? "Tell us, my girl, that you will teach us the laws as well", of course I told him that someone had to do it, since he was not very informed. When he left, he did not fail to adorn me with various adjectives and to shout at me that he writes me in the only symbol of his manhood. Unfortunately I did not keep license plates. So if you can not maintain the minimum of dignity and respect, it would be good to do a job from home and not to represent a company that lacks customers with your behavior.
