★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are horrible!!!!!! Not even worth one star. Every time I call them a lady takes the phone and when I'm telling her where I am she just hangs up. I'm calling back explaining to her that I don't appreciate that she hangs up and then she just hangs up again. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! They should literally get a diploma for rudeness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was stuck during the freezing snow storm in my apartment with no heat or electricity and with all streets almost inpossible to drive.The only taxi service that actually sent someone out and drove me and my pet to a warm home. I should also mention that the driver waited almost 25 minutes for me to get my pet in the carrier, in pitch dark. They are professional and patient and I will use their excellent service very soon. Thank you Kosmos.??

Unprofessional and rude customer reps at call center with a 'couldn't care-less' attitude! Some taxi drivers have totally the old-school Greek taxi-driver mentality: rude, zero class, zero professionalism and minus 5 stars customer service.
Taxi driver charged us more than the fare amount; he also smelled as if he had not taken a shower for longer than a week. We called in to complain about it and shared the experience. Customer service (or so called customer service) was totally dismissive. When told that I would post a negative review she immediately hung up. In another incident, the taxi driver did not follow the instructions of where we needed to be picked up: caused tons of inconvenience, wasted time and money. Avoid this company!!
