Κατόπιν τηλεφωνικής επικοινωνίας με ενημέρωσαν ότι είναι άμεσα διαθέσιμο οπότε έκανα την παραγγελία ηλεκτρονικά. Την επόμενη ημέρα έφυγε με μεταφορική εταιρεία και σε 2 μέρες το είχα σπίτι μου (επαρχία) στην εργοστασιακή του συσκευασία. Όλα άψογα, σίγουρα θα έκανα παραγγελία από το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα. Instantly, quickly and professionally! I bought a Diadora elliptical a few days ago. After a phone call I was informed that it is immediately available so I placed the order electronically. The next day he left with a transport company and in 2 days I had it at home (province) in its factory packaging. All perfect, I would definitely order from this store.

Θα τους προτιμήσω ξανά στο μέλλον και τους προτείνω σε όλους τους γνωστούς μου, καθώς είναι επαγγελματίες με όλη τη σημασία της λέξης. Την τελευταία φορά μάλιστα τους ζήτησα μέσω email να μου στείλουν και μια θήκη για το κινητό που είχα ήδη παραγγείλει και την έβαλαν μαζί όπως τους ζήτησα, μην χρεώνοντας με έξτρα μεταφορικά I have bought a mobile phone twice from the store and once I was serviced. I will prefer them again in the future and recommend them to all my acquaintances, as they are professionals in every sense of the word. The last time I even asked them via email to send me a case for the mobile phone I had already ordered and they put it together as I asked them, not charging with extra shipping
J	John Malcolm on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παραγγελια αντικειμένου κατόπιν διαθεσιμότητας . Ύστερα από 40 ημέρες η τελική ενημέρωση από θρασύ εργαζόμενη πως δεν είναι καθόλου διαθέσιμο. Σε 2 επικοινωνίες στο ενδιάμεσο διάστημα καμία φορά δεν αναφερθεί πως υπάρχει περίπτωση καθόλου διαθεσιμότητας εξού και είχε γίνει προεξόφληση της παραγγελίας. Αν επιθυμείτε να παραγγείλετε κάτι που δεν θα λάβετε τότε αυτή είναι η επιχείριση. Item orders upon availability. After 40 days the final information from a daring employee that it is not available at all. In 2 communications in the meantime, it was never mentioned that there is a case of any availability here and the order was discounted. If you want to order something that you will not receive then this is the business.
ν	νικοσ μωυσιαδης on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ καλό κατάστημα με καταρτισμένο προσωπικό και με όλα τα απαραίτητα αξεσουάρ για συστήματα ασφαλείας άμεσα διαθέσιμα ή σε μικρό χρονικό διάστημα. Ό,τι ζήτησα το έχουν. Πολύ γρήγορη εξυπηρέτηση. Ελαβα σε τρεις ημέρες τις δύο Hikvision κάμερες που παράγγειλα. Σε οποιοδήποτε ερώτημά μου απαντούσαν γρήγορα. Δεν χρειάστηκε ακόμη να τους ενοχλήσω για υποστήριξη μετά την πώληση αλλά είμαι σίγουρος ότι θα ανταποκριθούν εξαιρετικά. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα. Very good store with trained staff and all the necessary accessories for security systems immediately available or in a short time. They have everything I asked for. Very fast service. In three days I received the two Hikvision cameras I ordered. Any question I was answered quickly. I have not yet had to bother them for after sales support but I am sure they will respond extremely well. I highly recommend it.

Κάνοντας μια παραγγελία αξίας 2.200 ευρώ (IMac) από το e- shopτους, παρέλαβα τον υπολογιστή μου με ΓΕΡΜΑΝΙΚΟ πληκτρολόγιο, κάτι που δεν αναφερόταν σε καμία περιγραφή (ούτε στο site τους ούτε στη φόρμα παραγγελίας) και φυσικά είναι εντελώς διαφορετικό από το ελληνικό ( ή το κλασσικό αγγλικό). Σε επικοινωνία μαζί τους για την αλλαγή του πληκτρολογίου, η απάντηση ήταν ότι «Εφόσον δεν ρωτήσατε για το πληκτρολόγιο, σημαίνει ότι συμφωνήσατε και είμαστε νόμιμοι», θεωρώντας λογικό ότι θα έπρεπε να σκεφτώ ότι παραγγέλνοντας κάτι στην Ελλάδα, θα έπρεπε να υποθέσω ότι μπορεί να μου έρθει και πληκτρολόγιο άλλης χώρας. Όλα αυτά φυσικά χωρίς διάθεση να εξυπηρετήσουν και με την πιο αγενή συμπεριφορά της υπαλλήλου στην εξυπηρέτηση. Και ενώ έχω δώσει ήδη 2.200 με αναγκάζουν να δώσω άλλα 140 ευρώ για να αγοράσω το κανονικό πληκτρολόγιο. Unacceptable behavior! Making an order worth 2,200 euros (IMac) from e-shoppers, I received my computer with a GERMAN keyboard, something that was not mentioned in any description (neither on their site nor in the order form) and of course it is completely different from the Greek (or classical English). In contact with them about changing the keyboard, the answer was "If you didn't ask about the keyboard, it means you agreed and we are legal", considering it reasonable that I should think that by ordering something in Greece, I should assume that it can I get a keyboard from another country. All this, of course, without the willingness to serve even with the most rude behavior of the employee in the service. And while I have already given 2,200, they are forcing me to give another 140 euros to buy the regular keyboard.
N	Nik Sym on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εν μέσω κορωνοιου είπα να κάνω μια παραγγελία. Εξυπηρέτηση 0. Για να μου στείλουν αγαθά αξίας 125 ευρώ από περισσό σε Αχαρνές ήθελαν μεταφορικά 11 ευρώ!!!... Με λιμουζίνα πιο φτηνά έρχεται... Και μιλάμε για περίοδο κατά την οποία ο μόνος τρόπος για να εξυπηρετηθεί κάνεις είναι με αποστολή στον τόπο σου αφού το φυσικό κατάστημα είναι κλειστό. Στέλνω mail για να δω μήπως έχει γίνει κάποιο λάθος... Λάθος... ακόμη μου απαντάνε. Λες να φταίει ο κορωνοοιος;...Βέβαια στη μέση για να τα λέμε όλα είναι και οι μεταφορικές που νομίζουν ότι το έχουν μονοπώλιο... In the middle of the crown I said to place an order. Service 0.
