Raise cosy apartment - Agiou Konstantinou 1

Although I have not stayed in this accomodation I am making a review based of my communication with the host who was extremely rude and patronising. We paid in full to stay in this apartment as a part of our honeymoon however, as our boarders are shut in Australia (due to covid-19) we are not able to travel and we were not able to receive a refund from the host. They did try to offer us a credit but we really do not know when we are going to be able to travel again as all of this is out of our hands. I understand that some one is going to lose out during this pandemic, but what disgusted me was the host saying I was 'complaining about such a small amount of money, and that it is like a days wage in Australia..' firstly they are insinuating that I shouldn't be complaining about losing money, secondly if it's such a small amount of money they should have no issue refunding it and thirdly they don't actually have a right to comment on my financial situation. I have just looked up the dates that we were meant to stay at the apartment 10-13 July and it appears to be booked. So they have our money and it now looks like another booking on top. I don't appreciate people who act like this and really don't recommend people stay there. - After seeing the reply from the company below, you can clearly see with the rudeness I was dealing with. There was no mention of properties in Cyprus or Greece all they said was you can use a credit voucher. All of my above statements are true and factual and I don’t believe covid-19 was the apartments fault ?

Nice apartment, good location. The reviews with negative comments are definitely left from people with miserable lives. Stayed few days and I had a great time.

Τhe air in the apartment is very stale. It is impossible to use the bolkon because it faces to the ventilation system of a neighboring bakery, it buzzes very much day and night. It is impossible to sleep. There is an air conditioner, but it does not solve the problem of lack of fresh air. The apartment is really new, clean, equipped with everything you need and the location is good, but there is nothing to breathe.
