Τους έδωσα ένα φίλτρο βρύσης για αντικατάσταση κ μου έδωσαν ένα που δεν ταίριαζε με την συσκευή μου.
Το επέστρεψα κ μου είπαν ότι δεν το παίρνουν πίσω επειδή ανοίχτηκε η συσκευασία του ανταλλακτικου (σελοφαν)
και δεν μου επέστρεψαν τα χρήματα που πλήρωσα αλλά αν ήθελα να μου έδιναν μια δικιά τους συσκευή φιλτραρίσματος αξίας 80 ευρω αφαιρώντας τα 60 ευρώ του φίλτρου, δηλαδή εκβιασμός.
Είχε ο κ.Ρακιτζής την απαίτηση να καταλάβω εξ όψεως ότι το φίλτρο που έδωσε δεν ταίριαζε με την συσκευή μου χωρίς να ανοίξω την συσκευασία!
Υπόψιν πως όταν παρέλαβα το φίλτρο δεν μ είπε ότι ίσως να μην ταιριάζει και ούτε μου είπε να φέρω στο κατάστημα την συσκευή άρα ήταν σίγουρος ότι το φίλτρο που μου έδωσε ήταν ίδιο με το δείγμα που του έδωσα.
Φυσικά θα ακολουθήσει αναφορά στον συνήγορο του καταναλωτή.
Rakitzis is indulgently unacceptable!
I gave them a faucet filter to replace and they gave me one that did not fit my device.
I returned it and they told me that they do not take it back because the packaging of the spare part (cellophane) was opened
and they did not return the money I paid but if I wanted they would give me their own filtering device worth 80 euros by removing the 60 euros of the filter, ie blackmail.
Mr. Rakitzis had the requirement to understand from the point of view that the filter he gave did not match my device without opening the package!
Note that when I received the filter he did not tell me that it might not fit and he did not tell me to bring the device to the store so he was sure that the filter he gave me was the same as the sample I gave him.
Of course, a reference to the consumer ombudsman will follow.
