I bought a wooden shelf which after opening the package found that it did not match quality standards having dents and worms holes, had it put back in the box and when went to their premises to have it exchanged, the company responded that it was over a month and refused to do the subsequent alteration. Highly disappointed..

Excellent first visit, huge variety of tiles, excellent polite and helpful staff. Now, I will review again, upon proper delivery of tiles bought.

Extremely disappointed with Ravenna and their customer service. Over the last couple of months I've been renovating my house, and along with over 90 square meters of tiles for my balconies and bathrooms, lighting for my house - in doors and out - bathroom and kitchen accessories, and lots of other household items, I also bought a shower door, all from Ravenna. The shower door was purchased in January and put on a 'timologio' from my at the time plumber. He went picked the door up from Ravenna, brought it to my home and placed it against the wall in my bathroom where it had stayed for two months up until about 3-4 days ago when we needed to move it to continue fixing the bathroom. As soon as we went to lift the box up, we heard the entire glass door shatter and then crumble and fall to the bottom of the box. I called Ravenna customer service and asked to speak with the store manager. They refused to let me speak with the manger but instead, they said 'someone' would call me back. I said I didn't want to speak to 'someone' but to the store manager. The same day a woman by the name of Linari Maria called back. I asked if she was the store manager, and she avoided answering my question. When I told her what happened with the shower door, she basically said there was nothing they can do because it's been two months and they put the blame on me or my plumber and they said that maybe we broke the shower door. If the door was not faulty to begin with, it would not have shattered the way it did. Thankfully we did not take it out of the box or we would have had glass all over our house. I am extremely disappointed, and I regret spending so much money in their store. It's a disgrace that Ravenna does not care about their customers nor do they stand behind the products they sell. Instead they accuse the customer of breaking the product when it's clear that it was broken to start with. Needless to say, I will not go there again.. I will buy the rest of the items I need at Leroy and Praktiker. You've just lost a customer and I will not recommend to anyone else. +++++ Please do not reply to this message with your standard note. For whom it may concern...last week on Friday I went and bought a sofa and asked prior to payment what is the soonest delivery date. The answer was "next week on Monday"...after paying I got the receipt stating that Ravenna will deliver to the transportation company on Monday (not sure why I should care about the transportation from one to another, I care when I will receive!)... On Monday I give them a call to confirm and they told me that transportation company received the item and will deliver on Tuesday, I say ok, one day more I can wait...And we reach Today Tuesday calling the transportation company telling me they deliver on Thursday!!! ... obviously it is not their problem and I call Ravenna again!!! ....they the lady tries to give explanation ending that they CANNOT do anything ! ....meaning that I delay to deliver to where I should deliver and receive all the complaints! It was the first and last time, totally unprofessional behaviour... typically get the money and then you just have to wait...people think well before you buy thing and from the place you buy...That's it for Ravvena, never again...and pretty sure they will come out now to give some explanation that they told me, I didn't understand, or whatever else as all company use this same automated replies as if consumers are idiots. You are just a disgrace. 25/2/2022 Following up on my previous text, let me inform you that, NOT even Thursday did the sofa come and after I contacted the company again, they I formed me that it will come Saturday!!!! take it as an experience and advice, STAY AWAY, find some other shop and buy immediately whatever you need! I got charged more for the transportation and still they will bring it when the feel best! They sold me that they were trying to collect all orders first (I guess to reduce their coats since fuel when up) ABSOLUTE DISGRACE!!!!!!!

What a great find! Known just for Italian tiles, we were flabbergasted to find everything for the kitchen and the bathroom, a tremendous array of furniture and many other items for home. Excellent pricing, helpful salespeople, very competitive pricing. Don't ever buy anything for home before checking out Ravenna! Excellent!
