Τόσα χρόνια νόμιζα ότι έκανα σωστά τις ασκήσεις γυμναστικής...νόμιζα μέχρι που ήρθα σε εσάς! Στα συν πέρα από τον όμορφο χωρο είναι ο επαγγελματισμός και οι γνώσεις πάνω στο αντικείμενο! Through our lessons I saw a big difference in my body ... the only place I go to exercise with appetite ?! For so many years I thought I did the gym exercises correctly ... I thought until I came to you! The plus beyond the beautiful space is the professionalism and the knowledge on the subject!

Ο δε Τηλέμαχος θα σε καθοδηγήσει σε κάθε άσκηση και θα είναι δίπλα σου σε ότι χρειαστείς ?? A very nice and spotless place, ideal for four people where this number is never exceeded in groups. The Telemachus will guide you in every exercise and will be by your side in whatever you need ??

Κατα την ώρα της γυμναστικής υπάρχει συγκέντρωση από τον προπονητή κ πάντα δίνει τη δέουσα σημασία για να γίνεται σωστά κ προπάντων προσεκτικα η κάθε άσκηση. Πάντα καθαρός κ προσεγμένος χώρος με συνεχή απολύμανση. Μετά από πολλές αλλαγές σε χώρους εκγύμνασης δε θα αλλάξω σύντομα στα σίγουρα. ? Awesome quality of service and object knowledge. It gains in the fact that there is respect for the athlete with the necessary discipline. During the gym there is concentration by the coach and he always gives due importance to do correctly and above all carefully each exercise. Always clean and neat space with continuous disinfection. After many changes in fitness areas I will not change for sure soon. ?
