Μετά από 6 μήνες ζήτησα και πήρα την προκαταβολή πίσω. Σήμερα μετά από 1 χρόνο ξαναμπήκε το ακίνητο στην τιμή των 59000. Μακριά The worst. Σχετικά με ενοικίαση διαμερίσματος στην Βάρκιζα το οποίο μα είπαν θα είναι διαθέσιμο ας ενάμιση μήνα για να μην το χάσουμε δώσαμε προκαταβολή με όρο στο συμβόλαιο αν δεν μας το δώσουν στην ώρα του να πάρουμε τα λεφτά μας πίσω και όταν ήρθε η ώρα της παράδοσης μας είπαν δεν το νοικιάζουν και δεν μας έγινε επιστροφή χρημάτων. Εννοείτε θα κινηθούμε νομικά . Υ/Γ το διαμέρισμα ξαναμπηκε στις αγγελίες από άλλο μεσητικο Unreliable. Πήραμε τηλέφωνο σήμερα για ενοικίαση ενός ακινήτου και μας απαντάει ο Κύριος Μωραΐτης με μια αγένεια και έναν τουπέ που πραγματικά αναρωτιέμαι αν είναι επαγγελματίας. Σηκώνει το τηλέφωνο και λέει: "έλα τι θες" λες και είμαστε φίλοι από τον στρατό! Του λέμε με ευγένεια εμείς ενδιαφερόμαστε για ένα ακίνητο και μας απαντάει απότομα λες και του χρωστάμε τιποτα . Του είπαμε ότι η συμπεριφορά του είναι απαράδεκτη. Και απαντάει ο τύπος "τωρα για την συμπεριφορά μ θα μιλήσουμε η για το ακίνητο " . Αγένεια, Ασέβεια. Πότε ξανα.... Καμία ενημέρωση απο τον μεσίτη για το σταδιο που βρισκόμασταν. Τελικά με Πολύ ταλαιπωρία και υπομονή πηρα τα χαρτιά κάνοντας διαδικασίες μονος μού! Και το κερασάκι στην τούρτα έρχεται.. μια μερα ενω μιλησα με τον μηχανικό να κλείσω ραντεβού να έρθει να δει το Σπίτι μου λεει ο κύριος ΔΗΜΉΤΡΗΣ " τελικά οι ιδιόκτητες δε θέλουν να πουλησουν το Σπίτι σε αυτη την τιμή"και μου λεει μια τιμη +18000.ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ για να βγάλουν χρήμα αυτοι μας πίνουνε το αίμα! Μέσω κυρίας από το κατάστημα της Ερμού, νοίκιασα σπίτι χωρίς να ενημερωθώ εκ των προτέρων ότι είχε κοινή ΔΕΗ & ΕΥΔΑΠ με την αποθήκη στον ίδιο χώρο και χωρίς τα ακριβή ποσοστά του πετρελαίου που μου αντιστοιχούσαν. Το συμβόλαιο είχε συμφωνηθεί να είναι 3ετες, αλλά, τα έγγραφα που μου παρουσιάστηκαν με την μεσιτρια παρούσα, ενώ πλήρωνα, ήταν για 2+1 χρόνια και με περαιτέρω αύξηση φυσικά. Ο απαράδεκτος ιδιοκτήτης, μετά την υπογραφή, ζητούσε ότι ήθελε, υπολογίζοντας τα ποσοστά όπως του άρεσε, στα παραπάνω. Επιπροσθέτως, είχα ενημερώσει την μεσιτρια εκ των προτέρων ότι ήθελα πάρα πολύ ήσυχο σπίτι και ότι στην περίπτωση που η αποθήκη συνέχιζε να κατοικείται δεν θα νοίκιαζα το διαμέρισμα. Βεβαιώθηκα ότι ήταν να φεύγουν ούτως ή άλλως οι ένοικοι της, και, φυσικά, έμειναν εκεί και προκαλούσαν θόρυβο. Συνεπώς, αναγκάστηκα μετά από ένα μήνα στεναχώριας, άγχους και ατέρμονων/ αδιεξόδων συζητήσεων με τον ιδιοκτήτη, να ξαναψάξω για σπίτι και να ξαναμετακομίσω, επιβαρυνόμενος έτσι 300 ευρώ την (μαύρη) μεσιτική αμοιβή + έξτρα έξοδα νέας μετακόμισης+ περαιτέρω έξοδα στα οποία είχα προβεί. Σε μήνυμα στην μεσιτρια πριν ξαναμετακομίσω και εκθέτοντας τα παραπάνω, εισέπραξα απλά αδιάφορη απάντηση χωρίς καμμία ενέργεια εκ μέρους της. Αχαρακτήριστη(οι). Μείνετε μακριά. Unacceptable. Through a lady from the Ermou store, I rented a house without being informed in advance that it had a common PPC & EYDAP with the warehouse in the same area and without the exact percentages of oil that corresponded to me. The contract was agreed to be 3 years, but, the documents that were presented to me with the broker present, while I was paying, were for 2 + 1 years and with a further increase of course. The unacceptable owner, after signing, asked for what he wanted, calculating the percentages as he liked, in the above. In addition, I had informed the realtor in advance that I wanted a very quiet house and that if the warehouse continued to be inhabited I would not rent the apartment. I made sure that her occupants were leaving anyway, and, of course, they stayed there and made noise. Therefore, after a month of grief, stress and endless / dead-end discussions with the owner, I was forced to look for a house and move again, thus charging 300 euros the (black) real estate fee + extra expenses of new relocation + which I had to relocate. In a message to the realtor before moving again and exposing the above, I simply received an indifferent response without any action on her part. Uncharacteristic (s). Stay away.
