★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware, this agency offers houses with problems. I wasted time and money trying to buy a house with them, twice. A lawsuit is under way to get the deposit back. They insist to trust them and to follow their instruction, but when things get problematic they take no responsibility and all you can do is sue the sellers. Avoid at all cost, or at least hire your own lawyer and be extremely cautious with this pseudo-agency.
