Γ	Γιώργος Καραθάνος on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Όντας κάτοχος ενός δέκτη GNSS E300pro της E-survey για περισσότερο από 1 χρόνο δηλώνω πολύ ικανοποιημένος από την λειτουργία του χωρίς όμως να έχω μέχρι τώρα την δυνατότητα άμεσης σύγκρισης στο πεδίο με δέκτες άλλων εταιριών. Γενικά όμως η λειτουργία είναι απροβλημάτιστη, με πολύ γρήγορη σύνδεση και επαναφορά σε fix solution ενώ και το λογισμικό πεδίου είναι αρκετά απλό που επιδέχεται μεγάλη παραμετροποίηση για όποιον έχει την διάθεση. Αναφορικά με το προσωπικό της εταιρείας θα έλεγα ότι αυτή χαρακτηρίζεται από επαγγελματική και άμεση ανταπόκριση στην επίλυση αποριών ή και ζητημάτων που εμφανίστηκαν κατά τη χρήση του gnss δέκτη, γνώστες του αντικειμένου και πάντα πρόθυμοι και διαθέσιμοι να εξυπηρετήσουν. Η after sales εξυπηρέτηση είναι πολύ σημαντική και δυστυχώς δεν την συναντάς πάντα. Θα μπορούσαν ενδεχομένως ως επιπρόσθετη βοήθεια να παρέχουν άμεση ενημέρωση μέσω email στους πελάτες τους για τις νέες αναβαθμίσεις των προϊόντων τους. Having been a GNSS E300pro receiver of E-survey for more than 1 year, I declare that I am very satisfied with its operation, but so far I have not been able to directly compare in the field with receivers from other companies. In general, however, the operation is trouble-free, with a very fast connection and reset to fix solution, while the field software is quite simple that can be highly customized for anyone in the mood. Regarding the staff of the company, I would say that it is characterized by a professional and immediate response to the solution of questions or issues that arose during the use of the gnss receiver, knowledgeable and always willing and available to serve. After sales service is very important and unfortunately you do not always find it. They could possibly, as an additional help, provide instant email notification to their customers about new product upgrades.

Μετά από σχεδόν δύο χρόνια χρήσης του δέκτη GNSS Ε300 Pro καί μετά από σύγκριση με μετρήσεις από διάφορους άλλους δέκτες (trimble, spectra, leica) δε βρέθηκε ποτέ να 'φεύγει'. Αντιθέτως, ακόμη και οι μετρήσεις υπό γωνία με το IMU έχουν βρεθεί εξαιρετικά ακριβείς (1-2cm σε strict mode). H λήψη είναι καλή ακόμη και σε πολύ δύσκολα περιβάλλοντα (ψηλό δάσος). Το λογισμικό SurPad σηκώνει πολύ customization και πρέπει κανείς να επενδύσει χρόνο να το μάθει για να μπορεί να το εμπιστευτεί (σε καμία περίπτωση δεν το έχω μάθει εξαντλητικά.. επειδή όμως κάνει διάφορα, δε μου χρειάστηκε κίολας να πω την αλήθεια). Όταν αντιμετώπισα πρόβλημα με το χειριστήριο του δέκτη λόγω υπερθέρμανσης με δική μου ευθύνη, το έστειλα και μου το επιδιορθώσανε με πολύ λογικό κόστος (αναβάθμισαν και το λογισμικό). Όποτε χρειάστηκα υποστήριξη μου την παρείχαν άμεσα και χωρίς να με παιδέψουν. Congrats guys! Keep up the good work! Very good products and service! After almost two years of using the GNSS E300 Pro receiver and after comparison with measurements from various other receivers (trimble, spectra, leica) it was never found to 'leave'. On the contrary, even angular measurements with the IMU have been found to be extremely accurate (1-2cm in strict mode). Shooting is good even in very difficult environments (high forest). SurPad software raises a lot of customization and one has to invest time to learn it to be able to trust it (in no case have I learned it exhaustively .. but because it does different things, I did not even have to tell the truth). When I had a problem with the receiver control due to overheating at my own risk, I sent it and it was repaired at a very reasonable cost (they also upgraded the software). Whenever I needed support they provided it immediately and without educating me. Congrats guys! Keep up the good work!
