During my stay I am very pleased to say that the building is always clean, serviceable and COMPLETELY safe. I work until very late at night feeling safe and secure. The ladies working at Reception are not only beautiful but also extremely polite, assisting, helping and very professional. All my complains (if any) are immediately solved. But what they actually did, is to ask for 50% of invoices to be paid during the lockdown months (apr-may 2020) and the rest 50% was split in the remaining months of the contract. No discount, nothing. They also had no internet connection for 10 days and they did not deduct the monthly invoice, to soothe their customers' inconvenience, who couldn't work from Marousi offices for 10 days. Unacceptable behavior in terms of complaints' management. Help desk shoots the ball to the local office and vice versa. I have regretted, choosing them. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. btw the local representatives, have selectively taken distancing measures.....BUT NOT at my office (in front of the lockers) which is in the midway to the men's restroom.
