★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μείναμε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι. Οι συνεννοήσεις έγιναν με ευκολία, ευγένεια και ουσία. Ήσαν πάλι συνεπείς στο ραντεβού της παράδοσης, αξία πολύ σημαντική στις μέρες μας και στην πόλη μας. Τα χαλιά μας σε άψογη κατάσταση και το πάπλωμα, φρέσκο και απολαυστικό!!
Η θαλπωρή είναι εδώ!
We were very happy. Conversations were made with ease, kindness and substance. They were again consistent in the rendezvous of tradition, a very important value nowadays and in our city. Our carpets are in perfect condition and the quilt, fresh and enjoyable !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μετα απο πολλα χρονια που ειμαι πελατισσα φετος απογοητευτηκα εντελως. Μου παραδοθηκε η μοκετα του δωματιου της κορης μου βρωμικη (το ειπε μονος του ο οδηγος) και καμμενη σε 12 σημεια σαν απο τσιγαρο. Λογω της πολυετους συνεργασιας περιμενα ενα μηνα την αντικατασταση της μοκετας οπως μιυ ειπαν, παιρνοντας τηλ ξαυε εβδομαδα. Χθες ουτε λιγο ουτε πολυ η κοπελα στο τηλ κεντρο μου ειπε οτι την κατεστρεψα μονη μου τη μοκετα απο λαδι!!! καυτο και αν ηυελε ο κος Ρευζιδης θα μπορουσε να το αποδειξει. Εγινα εξαλλη. Λιγη ντροπη παιδια. Και ενω χθες δεν ηρθαν στο ραντεβου που ειχαμε, ηρθαν το πρωι χωρις συνεννοηση και μας αφησαν μια παλια μοκετα που μυριζε μουχλα και γεμισε χωμα ολο το χωρο που την ανοιξα. Φυσικα την πεταξα στα σκουπίδια. Λυπαμαι ειλικρινα γθα τη συμπεριφορα σας που δε δείχνει επαγγελματισμο.
After many years of being a client this year, I was completely disappointed. I was handed the carpet of my daughter's dirty room (the driver said it alone) and was burned at 12 points like a cigarette. Due to the many years of cooperation I waited for a month to replace the carpet as they said, taking weeks off. Yesterday, not too long ago, the girl at my call center told me that I had destroyed her oil carpet alone !!! hot, and if he did, Mr. Revzidis could prove it. I was crazy. Little shy kids. And while yesterday they didn't come to our appointment, they came in the morning without talking and left us an old carpet that smelled of mold and filled the dirt all over the place where I opened it. Of course I threw it in the trash. I sincerely regret your unprofessional behavior.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1)25 ευρώ για ενα χαλι 1.6*2. Με άλλα τόσα έπαιρνα καινούργιο. Μάλλον δεν έχουν καταλάβει τι γίνεται γύρω.
2)καλο το καθαρισμα, ειχαν μείνει αρκετες γυναικείες τριχες μαλλιών όμως
3)ορίζουν ημερομηνία να στο παρουν και να στο επιστρέψουν οχι με βαση αυτο που βολεύει τον πελάτη που τους πληρώνει. Σου λενε Παρασκευή απο 10 μεχρι 1. Αν εσυ δουλεύεις τοτε προβλημα σου.
1) 25 euros for a carpet 1.6 * 2. With so many others I was getting new. They probably do not understand what is going on around them.
2) good cleaning, there were enough female hairs left though
3) set a date to receive it and return it not based on what suits the customer who pays them. They call you Friday from 10 to 1. If you work then your problem.
