I emailed on Saturday evening to ask if I could have a massage Sunday as I had very bad back pain and got a response within 30min, with flexibility around my schedule (I was leaving Heraklion the next day). The deep tissue massage was exactly what I was looking for, and she even used cups to help with a problem area on my shoulder. It’s on the expensive end (€95/hour) but what you get is a professional service - I.e. someone who knows what they are doing and can help you with pain. Moreover, very friendly and responsive, which for me as a tourist was super helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My cousin and I had both the relaxation massage (1 hour) and yes we were really relaxed after it. When we arrived the masseuse already welcomed us and we could sit down and talk a little, they got us water to drink. The massage was really good! I never was that relaxed before. After it we got water and a cereal bar or something and got even 10% discount for the massage. At the end they called us a taxi! Really good experience!
