This was the very first time to get better accommodation than advertised. Location is REALLY 80m from the beach. Staff is perfect, food is great (strongly recommending to go for half board), no hidden costs or charges. Our room was with the pool view 45m2 family suit with very nice and big terrace. The pool is perfectly clean and suitable for both, adults and kids. We spent here beautiful 9 1/2 days (9 nights... actually leaving next morning after breakfast). I really cannot understand those leaving different reviews or negative feedbacks. I've tested both: really good and very bad things in the "hotel world" community. This is close to be perfect and absolutely perfect for the price u pay. One huge thanks from our small family unit. All the best. See u again.

Beautiful hotel, with excellent pool area, and nice restoran. Staff are very polite, and organised. Apartments are spacious and with good layout. Bathroom renovation would further elevate the overall impression.

Really nice Hotel, very clean, friendly staff always available to help and chat. Pool area, lots of sun beds and seating area. Good breakfast choice. Hotel and staff fully compliant with Covid regulations.

This was our 4th year in this hotel as s family with 2 kids, and the worst ever, al because of some people working in this hotel. 2 receptionists, sooo unfriendly, looking at us from above, every time we ask something i have a feeling we are getting on their nerves. They have made our stay unpleasant, making us feel not welcome. Apart from the hotel not being worth the 4 stars, the pool is ok, but that is also it. Prices for one small coffee 3€, one frape 5€… oh and sometimes the prices tend to change. Disaster, never coming back here again! Also they measure the body temperature on arrival and then every day breakfast time inspite having a PCR test that was negative or vaccine certificate. The hotel overall should be renovated, looks nice only on pictures, but with a closer look you will find the kitchen in the room falling apart, lime build up on all water faucets, old furniture, dirty towels, lights in the pool falling out, wooden floor at the pool leaving splinter in the feet, probably not being painted/coated for years. On top, one of the receptionists tried to slip me a receipt for something i didnt order (90€) and then when confronted, she did not even apologize, acting like i made a mistake. I have visited hotels from sweden to spain, portugal, germany, UK… This is just a wannabe 4 star hotel, far from being one. Feel sorry for some good people working behind the bar in this hotel. This grade goes to management, reception and overall hotel. Stay away from this one!

They „mixed up“ our reservation and we had none at the end. They tried to convince us to have the last available room (cheaper, smaller, no view, ground floor) for the original price and declined to show us the room in advance. We had to look for another room/hotel at 10pm. Definitely not a 4 star service. Also, they have no parking at all.

Hotel is nicely orientated, with great pool area and restaurant is spacious and cozy. Breakfast menu is almost the same every day,but it is well prepared, nicely arranged and well organized. Service is super, all the stuff are friendly and they gave us great advise which beach to visit in the surroundings. One and only remark is that there is no parking, and it is really tough to find it once You move the car. Our recommendation!

Lovely staff, close to everything, nice clean room and towels everyday. Quaint and relaxing. Breakfast however was cold, random food that didn’t really go together, and same everyday. Beach beds are hard
