★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αλλαγή λαδιών, ένας έλεγχος σε φώτα και ένα λαμπάκι πινακίδας 88 ευρώ. Είναι ντροπή. Εντελώς απαράδεκτα πράγματα για την εποχή, ακόμα και για τις καλές εποχές.
 Oil change, a light control and a bill lamp of 88 euros. Its a shame. Totally unacceptable things for the season, even for good times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eξαιρετικοί! Πήγαινα το αυτοκινητό μου εδώ και πάνω απο 10 χρόνια. Τα παιδιά που έχουν το συνεργείο είναι ευγενέστατα, και πάνω απο όλα πολύ οικονομικοί. Με έχουν γλιτώσει ουκ ολίγες φορές απο περιττά έξοδα χωρίς όμως να διακινδυνεύσουμε την ασφάλεια των επιβατών και του οχήματος. έιχα ένα renault 19 ετών, και τα 10 τελευταία χρόνια που το πήγαινα εκεί, ποτέ δεν μου παρουσίασε κανένα πρόβλημα. Δεν θα μπορούσα ποτέ ξανά να εμπιστευτώ άλλο συνεργείο όπως την Renault Πλάλας.
Great! I've been driving my car for over 10 years. The kids who have the workshop are polite, and above all very economical. I have been spared a few times for unnecessary expenses but without jeopardizing the safety of passengers and the vehicle. i had a 19 year old renault, and in the last 10 years i've been there, never had any problems with me. I could never again trust another car such as Renault Plus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ζήτησα πριν μερικούς μήνες να μου αλλαχτεί το λαστιχάκι που συνδέει το δοχείο νερού με τα πιτσιλιστίρια καθαριστήρων.Μου το αντικατέστησαν μέσα σε 3 λεπτά,και το κόστος αυτού...20€.
20€ για ένα λαστιχάκι 50cm!!!
20€ που για πολύ κόσμο είναι ένα μεροκάματο.
Όταν μετά απο μισή ώρα πήρα αντίστοιχο συνεργείο στο Ν.Ηράκλειο μου απάντησαν ακριβώς:
"Τι να σου πάρω ρε φίλε γι αυτό;5€.
Τα συμπεράσματα δικά σας.
Προσωπικά ήταν η τελευταία μου φορά που επισκέπτομαι αυτό το συνεργείο.
I asked a few months ago to change the rubber band that connects the water tank with the splash cleaners. They replaced it for me within 3 minutes, and its cost ... € 20.
€ 20 for a 50cm rubber band !!!
20 € which for a lot of people is a part-time job.
When after half an hour I got a corresponding workshop in N. Heraklion, they answered me exactly:
"What can I get you, man? 5 €.
The conclusion is yours to make.
Personally, it was my last time visiting this workshop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι! Ρέταρε το αυτοκίνητο, μου είπαν για αλλαγή μπουζοκαλωδίων και καθαρισμό της πεταλούδας, 220€. Στην ερώτηση "ταξίδι μπορεί να πάει;" μου απάντησαν θετικά. Την επόμενη μέρα το αμάξι δεν πήγε ούτε 100 μέτρα. Η νέα εκτίμηση είναι ότι έφταιγε ο καταλύτης: 500€++. Προφανώς τα πρώτα 220€ για πέταμα.
Unacceptable! The car was repaired, I was told to change the spark plug wires and clean the throttle, 220 €. To the question "can travel go?" they answered me in the affirmative. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ο μεγαλύτερος κλέφτης όλων. Πάμε το αμάξι αρχές Ιουνίου γιατί δεν παίρνει εύκολα μπρος (έχοντας αλλάξει μπαταρία) και γιατί κάνει έναν περίεργο θόρυβο. Ζητάει 450€ και από την επόμενη μέρα στο αμάξι δεν έχει αλλάξει τίποτα. Από λάθος μας λόγω φόρτου εργασίας δεν το πάμε την ίδια μέρα και το πάμε 2.5 βδομάδες μετά για να μας πει ότι τώρα είναι κάτι άλλο. Και στο "πλάκα μου κάνετε? δεν διορθώθηκε πότε" η απάντηση είναι και που ξέρω εγώ ότι δεν μου λέτε ψέματα. Και στο επιχείρημα μα ακόμα και ψέματα να έλεγα θέλετε να με πείσετε ότι φτιάξατε δύο διαφορετικά προβλήματα που ας πούμε χάριν της κουβέντας ξαναεμφανίστηκαν μια βδομάδα μετά ακριβώς τα δύο ίδια και είναι κάτι άλλο? Η απάντηση ήταν ναι από μέρους τους. Προφανώς πήρα το αμάξι και έφυγα. Ενημερωτικά πριν από αρχές Ιουνίου το είχαμε πάει και για γενικό σέρβις τέλη Μαρτίου. Επίσης ενημερωτικά όντως το πρόβλημα δεν διορθώθηκε ποτέ και ήδη την επόμενη μέρα το αμάξι δυσκολευόταν να πάρει μπρος και έκανε ακριβώς τον ίδιο ήχο. Το ένα ασρεράκι μπαίνει γιατί δεν υπάρχει το μηδέν. Οι μεγαλύτεροι κλέφτες που υπάρχουν.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι, αδιάφοροι , άσχετοι;
Τρία χρόνια ήμουν ήσυχη ότι γινόταν το ετήσιο service, με αποτέλεσμα να 1) χρειάζονταν αλλαγή τα αμορτισέρ , δεν μου είπαν τίποτα 2) έτρεχε λάδι γιατί είχε χαλάσει η τάπα λαδιού( τυχαία το ανακάλυψα Εγώ) όχι μόνο δεν μου είπαν τίποτα, αλλά σε ερώτηση μου γιατί δεν μου ειπαν, η απάντηση ότι δεν "ήθελαν " ν με βάλουν σε έξοδα!!!! 3) έκανα βιολογικό καθαρισμό και μου χάλασαν την ταπετσαρία των καθισμάτων, των πλάινων πορτών , !!!
ΜΑΚΡΙΑ γιατί θα την πατήσετε!!
