F	Frederic Doyen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It started well, hence the 2 stars instead of 1: Manos was quick to answer emails and we had the car waiting for us at the harbor. Then... not so well. The car was far from new (for instance the trunk door was not holding by itself when open). Also we had to go three times at Manos office to be able to fill the paperwork, because the two first times the office was closed. That's no big deal, the island is small and we can understand he can't be opened all day long. But when we showed up the third time at the end of the first day, he was not very nice to us, maybe because he thought we would never come and pay him ? Then he asked for 35€ per day, whereas he told us 30€ by email. He finally agreed to the original rate. In the end, the cars are pricey given their condition and the face-to-face contact with Manos was not pleasant at all. But not really sure you have other options here (Anafi only has 250 inhabitants)!

He wants you to drive on a paved road without giving you the appropriate car and the paved road is not more than 30 kilometers. He charges 5 euros for leaving the car a the port. He usually gives the car not in a full tag but as soon as you get off the parking lot drops the level in the gas tag and then he requires to return it as you received it. There is a bus that takes you and leaves you at the port or at the closest beaches.
T	Theodoros Gkaravelas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guy owns most of the cars for rent in the island, so he thinks that's it's acceptable to inform people that he has available vehicles and ask them to go to his store for the final arrangements even though he has no clue whether the car will be returned from his current customers. As a result, we went to the main village, payed for transportation just to tell us that he has only a smart available (we werer 12 people) and that' was the only car available right now, while the previous night he ensured us that he ll have two cars and one scooter.
G	George Dms on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst car rental company. 1. He didn't remember my reservation which I made it a few hours ago. 2. Different price we agreed (55€) he charged me 60€ instead. 3. The car was in very very bad condition. 4. The fuel deposit was empty and this is a common practice in order to pay more in gas. 5. Manos behavior is the the worst I have ever seen. Disrespectful, unacceptable and aggressive. In addition his English are inadequate. Just bring your own vehicle or rent from another place. I hope that Manos' monopoly will end.

So we went to Manos office to rent a car because we heard that he was the only one that he had 4x4. I could tell that the car was in good condition , clean and as for the service I can say that it was totally worth it. We look forward to visit this island again.
