★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented a car online. I arrived there and the car wasn't availlable. "There was a confusion" they said. (Althouth It was rented 2weeks before and confirmed even by email and by telefone)
They proposed another car too small for me and my family, but It didn't suit our needs and It was completely different from the one rented
Totally disapponted
The personal very kindly said she was sorry (the only reason i put 2 stars, otherwise I would put only 1)
