★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Carma.. BAD carma! Too proud, too stubborn, so unpleasant.
There are three car rent services next to each other and Carma was the second we visited to ask about the prices and conditions. The owner saw us leaving the first office and he was already displeased. We told him that we want the best condition and the cheapest price of his cars and this was our huge mistake. He became very angry and just told us to leave. Then he went after us and continued the conversation saying that it's so wrong to go to each office comparing prices. Seriously? This is called competition, you cannot get upset that easily, when people choose the best option for them.
The owner was also very funny, when asked us to compare a car rent with a restaurant. "When you go to the restaurant, do you order the cheapest food? If yes, you will get eggs. The same is here, if you ask for a cheapest car, you will not receive a Mercedes." Sometimes I do order the cheapest food, it doesn't mean the food is bad. And I don't need a Mercedes to visit couple of beaches.
Eventually he asked for how long we needed a car, but he was too rude to make us pay a cent for his "fancy" cars.
In my opinion, his cars might be good, but it's not a client oriented service for sure.

It has the most competitive rental rates (we stopped at multiple rental places); and the manager/owner is very friendly, considerate, and straight forward with the rental procedures and paperwork. The car itself ran smoothly with no problems on the roads. Very very pleasant experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented a car from here to take a day trip to Thessaloniki. The car was great, like new and the very kind gentleman who owns the business had a wide selection of car seats to choose from for our 9 month old child.
They were also the best prices after asking the other car rental companies.
We had a great time visiting the city for the day… a nice addition to our holiday.
