★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totul la superlativ, apartament curat, zonă de grătar, piscină exterioară întreținută zi de zi, sezlonguri pe plaja privată. Proprietarii extraordinari, ori de câte ori am avut nevoie de ceva, au fost prompți. Ne reîntoarcem cu siguranță.
Everything superlative, clean apartment, barbecue area, outdoor pool maintained daily, sunbeds on the private beach. The great owners, whenever I needed something, were prompt. We will definitely be back.

Първа линия, със собствени чадъри и шезлонги, с частен басейн. Сенчест паркинг, голямо двойно барбекю.
Зарядна станция за електромобили.
Препоръчвам.
Great place to relax. The hotel has 5 apartments with kitchenette.
First line, with private umbrellas and sunbeds, with private pool. Shady parking, large double barbecue.
Charging station for electric cars.
I recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ С удоволствие ще посетим пак! В апартамента има всичко необходимо. В двора има паркинг, зарядна станция за електромобили, басейн за деца и възрастни.
We will be happy to visit again! The apartment has everything you need. In the yard there is a parking lot, a charging station for electric cars, a swimming pool for children and adults.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Immediately after our arrival in Rent House Karavi, driving backward without control like mad, without watching back, owner's son crashed my stopped car causing broken xenon headlamp, bumper damaged, fog light broken, windshield washer broken - overall 2000+ Euro damages, plus ruined holiday on its first day.
Police came to make report for insurance, but I had to wait one more day what caused extra costs for accodommodation.
Room was not ready at 14 h what we were told, as we arrived bit earlier, so we went to the beach to spend some time and relax after the car was crashed. We entered the room 15,30 h after another 1,5 h waiting on sun.
Room is smaller then expected, and also door key is locked with welded steel cable with tag for air-condition - its impossible to have air condition works when you out, after you return room is hot like a hell.
15 minutes after we entered room, very tired after 10 hours drive, owner's son knocked on the door, demanding we pay immediately, and he keep mistreating us until I decided we are not going to stay in Karavi after all. Meanwhile owner and his son refused to provide me any assistance, nylon bag, duct tape, and tools to fix broken car and get it operational and protected from incomming rain.
For all the time, the owner didn't even apologize for his son behavior or offer us at least a glass of cold water.
This is to recommend NOT to stay in this accommodation under no circumstances as management and relations with visitors is really terrible and unprofessional.
