Ο Τάσος (ο ιδιοκτήτης) συνεπής στο ραντεβού αλλά υπομονετικός κατά την επίδειξη λειτουργείας των ψηφιακών συστημάτων του σκάφους (gps - βυθόμετρο) όπου δεν ήμουν και πολύ εξοικιομενος. Υπάρχουν στην περιοχή μέρη που μόνο με σκαφος μπορείς να τα δεις και είναι πολύ ευχάριστη εμπειρία για οικογένεια αλλά και με παρέα. Very good service, friendly atmosphere and excellent boats. Tassos (the owner) consistent in the appointment but patient during the demonstration of operation of the digital systems of the boat (gps - sonar) where I was not very familiar. There are places in the area that you can only see by boat and it is a very pleasant experience for family but also with friends.

E	Eva Giakalou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είναι κρίμα να δίνεις λεφτά σε ανθρώπους που απλά δεν εκτιμάνε το πελάτη. Φούλ αντιεπαγγελματική συμπεριφορά.Αφού είχαμε βάλει προκαταβολή για ένα σκάφος,μας είπε ό,τι έβγαλε πρόβλημα αλλά να μην αγχωνόμαστε γιατί θα μας δώσει άλλο.(Αφού εμείς τον καλέσαμε φυσικά,εκείνος δεν πήρε ποτέ να ενημερώσει). Την επόμενη μέρα μας έβγαλε τρελούς και είπε ό,τι ποτέ δεν μας είπε για άλλο σκάφος(αφού πάλι εμείς τον καλέσαμε).Μετά βέβαια είπε πως ο πελάτης που του το είχε κλείσει το 2ο σκάφος,του άλλαξε ημερομηνία παράδοσης.Τον ρωτήσαμε πως γίνεται αυτό αφού υπάρχει το ναυλοσύμφωνο και μας είπε πως είμαστε άσχετοι και δεν κάνεις ναυλοσύμφωνο αλλά ιδιωτικό συμφωνητικο(;;;;). Όταν του είπαμε πως κρεμάει 6 ανθρώπους που είχαν κανονίσει 100 πράγματα για να μπορούν να φύγουν,μας είπε πως δεν τον αφορά. Σε όλο αυτό το σκηνικό όχι απλά δεν είπε συγνώμη αλλά φώναζε σαν να φταίμε εμείς που δεν ξέρει να είναι επαγγελματίας. Κλείσαμε την επόμενη μέρα σκάφος αλλού και το πρώτο πράγμα που μας έστειλαν ήταν...τα τα ταν!ΝΑΥΛΟΣΥΜΦΩΝΟ! Όταν αφήνεις αρνητική κριτική πρέπει να τη δικαιολογείς 100% και γι’αυτό έγραψα τα πάντα αναλυτικά. Υπάρχουν 100 επαγγελματίες εκεί έξω που σέβονται τα χρήματα που τους δίνεις. Ο κος Μωραιτης δεν είναι μέσα σε αυτούς. It is a shame to give money to people who simply do not appreciate the customer. Full unprofessional behavior. After we had made a deposit for a boat, he told us what caused the problem but do not stress because he will give us another. (After we called him of course, he never got to know). The next day he drove us crazy and said what he never told us about another boat (after we called him again). Then of course he said that the customer who had booked his 2nd boat, changed his delivery date. We asked him how this after the charter agreement exists and he told us that we are irrelevant and you are not making a charter agreement but a private agreement (????). When we told him that he was hanging 6 people who had arranged 100 things so that they could leave, he told us that it did not concern him. Throughout this scene, not only did he not apologize but he shouted as if it were our fault that he did not know how to be a professional. The next day we booked a boat elsewhere and the first thing they sent us was ... the tan! When you leave a negative review you have to justify it 100% and that is why I wrote everything in detail. There are 100 professionals out there who respect the money you give them. Mr. Moraitis is not among them.
S	Stella Rousogiannaki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η πιο απαράδεκτη εμπειρία ενοικίασης φουσκωτού που είχαμε ποτέ εγώ & η παρέα μου. Και η λέξη εμπειρία είναι ευφημισμός γιατί τελικά δεν καταφέραμε να προχωρήσουμε καν σε ενοικίαση σκάφους αφού ο εν λόγω «κύριος» μας πούλησε κανονικότατα ενώ είχαμε ήδη βάλει προκαταβολή, λέγοντας μας ότι το σκάφος τελικά δεν είναι διαθέσιμο & δεν υπάρχει άλλο, τελευταία στιγμή και αφού αυτολεξεί μας ξεκαθάρισε ότι δεν τον αφορά που μας αναστάτωσε τα σχέδια. Το κερασάκι στην τουρτα; Εμείς τον καλέσαμε να ρωτήσουμε για επιβεβαίωση. Δηλαδή αν δεν καλούσαμε, απλά ακόμα θα περιμέναμε. Τελικά μάλλον το φουσκωτό το ήθελε για πάρτη του αφού την επόμενη μέρα ανέβαζε βίντεο που το πήγαινε βολτούλα. Του ευχόμαστε να κρατήσει τα φουσκωτά του για προσωπικές του βόλτες, αφού πελάτες δεν πρόκειται να έχει σύντομα. Φιλικά (αν και έντονα δυσαρεστημένη & απόλυτα εκνευρισμένη), Στέλλα Ρουσογιαννάκη The most unacceptable experience of inflatable rental that I & my company have ever had. And the word experience is euphemism because in the end we did not even manage to rent a boat since this "master" sold us normally while we had already made a deposit, telling us that the boat is finally not available & there is no other, last minute and after He literally made it clear to us that he did not care that he disturbed our plans. The icing on the cake? We called him to ask for confirmation. That is, if we did not call, we would just still wait. Eventually, he probably wanted the inflatable for his party, since the next day he was uploading a video that was going for a ride. Ευχαριστούμε ιδιαιτέρως τον Τάσο που μας βοήθησε απο την αρχή ως το τέλος με την κράτηση και μας προσέφερε μια τόσο όμορφη και ξεκούραστη εμπειρία. Τους συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα! We had one of the best days of the summer thanks to Rental Boat Moraitis. The boat was like the services they offer, flawless! Special thanks to Tassos who helped us from the beginning to the end with the reservation and offered us such a beautiful and relaxing experience. I highly recommend them!

Από την πρώτη μέρα μας κέρδισε η άριστη εξυπηρέτηση του προσωπικού. Ο Τάσος κάθε φορά ευχάριστος και πρόθυμος να μας εξηγήσει τα πάντα για τις δυνατότητες του κάθε είδους σκάφους που έχουμε νοικιάσει. Πλήρης εξοπλισμός, καθαρός χώρος , περιποιημένο και άνετο είναι μόνο λίγα από τα χαρακτηριστικά που έκαναν την εμπειρία μας μοναδική!!!! Second summer that we trust the company rental boat Moraitis. Tasos is always pleasant and willing to explain to us everything about the capabilities of each type of boat we have rented. All went well, however their staff member gave instructions for getting the boat on the trailer, then said we scratched it and demanded we pay €50. If we used a card or if he had to take it from the deposit, he said it would be even more. Obviously it was just cash for his pocket. We’ll never return here.
