★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το μαγαζί του ξενύχτη, του αγρότη που θα πάρει το γιό του με το αγροτικό από τις πέντε το πρωί για να πάνε στα χωράφια, του εργάτη γης που θα φτύσει πριν μπει στο μαγαζί για να γευτεί καλύτερα τον πρώτο καφέ της ημέρας.
Οδηγοί φορτηγών δημόσιας χρήσης και καλοφαγάδες που δεν φοβούνται να φάνε μπουγάτσα με τον ήλιο να μην έχει σηκωθεί ακόμα στην ανατολή .
Λογικό θα αναλογιστεί κανείς, αφού τα χωράφια και τα ψηλά χόρτα στη γύρω περιοχή που προσφέρουν κάλυψη , άφθονα.
Είσοδος απλή και λιτή. Στο εσωτερικό κυριαρχούν η απλότητα και η καθαριότητα.
Οι βιτρίνες με τα προϊόντα γεμάτες με φρέσκα σάντουιτς, muffins και σφολιατοειδή που θυμίζουν έκθεση της μανδάμ Τισό.
Παραγγελία για διπλό καπουτσίνο λοιπόν. Αφού δώσαμε επεξήγηση στην παραγγελία δύο τρεις φορές, λόγω και της μεταμεσονύχτιας ώρας, λάβαμε το ρόφημα γρήγορα και σε γενναία ποσότητα.
Ο καφές αφήνει μια επίγευση "γαλατίλας" που θυμίζει καφέ κυλικείου σούπερ μάρκετ. Το χαρμάνι ικανοποιητικό χωρίς να χάνεται στην ποσότητα. Αφρόγαλο μέτριο.
Ήπιαμε το ρόφημα στα ψηλά εξωτερικά καθίσματα, πληρώσαμε το τίμιο ποσό του 1,5€ και αφού χαϊδέψαμε τα υπέροχα αδέσποτα σκυλιά, φύγαμε για τον επόμενο σταθμό μας.
