The beach only 100 metres from hotel.Tavernes and supermarkets are so next.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a lovely stay here, the apartment was very clean and Violetta couldn't do enough for us and really made our trip. The location is ideal next to a small sandy beach and near to shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Violetta and family gave us a lovely welcome, they went of their way to make us feel very welcome. During our stay we experience the September Medicane, which was devastating for the island. Violetta risked her own safety with falling tiles and trees to knock and bring us food and water and make sure we were okay. She also welcomed us into her home during the storm. The location is excellent, minutes from the beach and bars/tavernas/shops. We cannot thank Violetta and Giovanni & family enough. We will definately be back to see them next year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hosts (Violeta and Yannis)very welcoming but they let us "mind our own business". We had welcome drinks. and they let us use their bar place and bbq facilities so we can dine out under the moonlight. The accommodations are very spacious, clean and tidy. The view from the balcony is beautiful (sunset, sea and pool). We all love the daily visit of Bingo (the dog). Dogs and cats are everywhere but are harmless and very friendly. Thank you Violeta.We enjoyed our daily chat with you. Hope to see you soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just got back from a lovely week in Kefalonia staying at Residence Ionian. We travelled as a family with a young child and were all very happy with the accommodation. The room was clean and spacious and the hosts Violetta, Yannis and their lovely daughters were brilliant. Right by a beautiful beach and just a short stroll to the main road for tavernas and shops. We will be back next year and thanks for a fantastic week! Ada says she misses Christina already x

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our stay at Residence IONIAN St & Apts was marvellous. Giannis and Violetta are really welcoming and kind. Nothing is too much trouble in this fabulously situated, properly family run hotel. It's near (but not too near) to a great selection of restaurants and tavernas. It's 100 m from the nearest smallish, safe sandy beach and just a short stroll further to several breath taking beaches with safe swimming, snorkelling and beach bars. My teenage daughters loved their three daughters and found the little 4 year old especially enchanting.
I was worried about not speaking Greek - they speak English as well as several other languages, and are happy to make recommendations and call cabs.
The rooms are clean and bright and the swimming pool inviting.
Every day we begged Violetta to make the breakfasts smaller - she is not able to do this - you will need to diet when you leave! Thanks for a great stay. Couldn't be better :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having the most wonderful holiday here with two little toddlers.
Violetta and the family are great hosts, most accommodating.
The room has the biggest bed we ve slept in !!!!!!! Room gets cleaned regularly, fresh towels put out.
The sandy beach is walking distance but if you fancy staying in, the swimming pool is very clean and nice.
Very very nice place and nice people
It’s our second time staying here and I m sure it won’t be the last.
Thank you for making our holiday so comfortable.
