Καλησπέρα και καλό Πάσχα. Εύχομαι κάποια στιγμή αυτή η κριτική να βοηθήσει αυτή η επιχείρηση να γίνει περισσότερο ανθρώπινη. Αρχικά συνήθιζεται όταν λέμε ευχαριστώ σε κάποιον άνθρωπο να απαντάει αντίστοιχα. Επί το πλείστον στο λογιστήριο και ο άνθρωπος που με εξυπηρετεί κάθε φορά μόνο γειά. Επίσης αναμονή κάθε φορά στη πόρτα για να μπούμε από 5 - 10 λεπτά για να πατήσει κάποιος το κουμπάκι της πύλης. 3 άτομα αναμέναμε για να μπούμε και βγούμε. Ακομα 20 λεπτά για να παραλάβω ένα τιμολόγιο. Και σχεδόν κάθε φορά οι χρόνοι αναμονής πολύ μεγάλοι χωρίς λόγο και αιτία. Πιθανά νιώθετε τόσο μονοπώλιο στο πλαστικό pet που δεν δίνετε τόσο βάρος στην εξυπηρέτηση των πελατών, εύχομαι να αλλάξει αυτό και γενικότερα να καταλάβουν και οι ανθρώποι που δουλεύουν εκεί ότι από εμάς τους πελάτες τρώνε ψωμάκι και οφείλουν όταν δέχονται την ευγένεια να την ανταποδίδουν.

Good evening and happy Easter. I hope at some point this criticism helps this business become more humane. Initially it is customary when we say thank you to a person to respond accordingly. Mostly in the accounting department and the person who serves me every time only hello. Also wait every time at the door to enter from 5 - 10 minutes for someone to press the door button. We waited for 3 people to get in and out. Another 20 minutes to receive an invoice. And almost every time the waiting times are too long for no reason. You probably feel so monopolized in the plastic pet that you do not give so much weight to customer service, I hope this changes and in general the people who work there understand that from us our customers eat bread and owe it when they accept the kindness to reciprocate it.
