★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cashier did not give us the coupon of the promotion for a free coffee for an amount of more than 3.5 euros spent (the prices are quite high, so it's easy to reach the amount). When we asked for it she said that they didn't have any, so we said that the promotion does not exist. She got upset and said that because of the queue (Friday night - no queue in fact) they could not create one for us. But she asked another colleague to give us one of the pre-stamped coupons. She was also complaining about working on weekends. Only this person is enough for a place to have negativity in the atmosphere.
